Nestled in 12 ocean-front acres, you will enjoy the relaxing ocean and forest sights and sounds. The house is only 4 miles away from town where you can enjoy great restaurants, spa’s , hiking and multiple adventure tours.
 
This house is very private and silent (except for the sounds of the ocean, wind and birds). There is a wonderful ocean breeze that you will enjoy in the open style living area and the grounds, surrounding forest and truly spectacular ocean views will delight you during your entire vacation.
 
The house is off the main road between Dominical and Uvita, the two closest towns, each a 10 minute drive . The house is also a short walking distance from a 4 star hotel with an excellent vegan friendly restaurant. There is also a very secluded beach through a rustic forest path and takes about 10 minutes to get there. This is a low tide beach so the amount of sand changes throughout the day and year. It is VERY SECLUDED so swim at your own risk. Shoes or strapped sandals are needed for the walk. There is also a public beach only a short two minute drive as is accessible anytime called PUERTO NUEVO BEACH.
