Brand new single detached house made of natural stone, wood (Bio-larch wood) and tiled floor with breathtaking panorama over the entire Lake Como and with new pool.
The house is located in a small mountain hamlet (1.100 m.a.s.l.) called Bodone (Peglio district).
The surrounding area of naturalistic interest is ideal for walking, nature and hikers lovers, mushrooms hunters, fond of mountain bike, etc.
Ideal place for a holiday between lake and mountain, the closer beaches are located in Gravedona, 12 km distant and to drive in about 20 minutes.
 
Usually the many tourists that like to spend their times in this places during the day go into the town and lake for many activities and they come back to finish the evening with a mixed grill using the barbecue and the home accessories (Enchanting landscape with night lights on Lake Como).
 
Shops, typical restaurants and agritourism are 6km distant, Peglio district.
The house is set on 2 levels with 2 separates flats (seprate access to the property via external stairs, no internal door between 2 apartments for more privacy): 
- the first apartment of 40 sqm comprises kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, fire place, bedroom with 2 single beds and large bathroom.
 
- the second apartment (upper floor) is 60 sqm and comprises kitchen/living room with fireplace, master bedroom, bedroom with 2 separate beds, bathroom, panoramic covered porch and a loft of    30 sqm with other 2 beds.
 
Level garden with 2 drinking fountains, barbecue, garden tables with chairs, sun lounges, sunshade and table for 10/12 people, bbq. 
The pool is open from 01/06/2018 to 21/09/2019.
Possibility to book also the closer Chalet Monica (in total for 16 People). If you book both Houses 5% discount for each House.
External area is completed fenced and the property offers own parking spaces for 3 or 4 cars.
The way from Peglio to Bodone (6 km) is a rural asphalted road (toll road € 1,00/day/car), but it is a mountains street and so with bends and single carriageway.
