Nurru is a Mediterranean country villa in the typical Sardinian style. the house offers four spacious and gracefully decorated double bedrooms, three bathrooms (for 8 guests)  a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in Mediterranean light. In front of the house there is an ample patio,leading to a terrace with a dining area.From the terrace few steps lead to the peaceful garden surrounded by citrus trees.Its convenient location, on the outskirts of the town of Orosei,allows for all the conveniences of a lively town at your door step:shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream, parlours, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. At the same time,being surrounded by greenery, Nurru gives you the feeling of being in open countryside. The beach is only one kilometre away, easily accessible by a pleasant 10-minutes walk or an easy bike ride. The pedestrian and cycle path, directly accessible from the property, allows you to reach both the beach and the town centre effortlessly. Besides a beach holiday, Nurru will give you the opportunity to explore the wild interior of the island. Only a 60-minute drive will get you to the centre of the mountain range Gennargentu with its majestic views, unspoiled wildlife and dramatic cliffs over the South Bay of Orosei. Among the rocks of the National Park of the Bay of Orosei and Gennargentu are nestled small beaches of rare beauty,exclusively accessible by sea (to access them boats rent with or without skipper is available). The North of the Bay of Orosei, only30-minute drive from 'Nurru', offers you on the other hand the opportunity to enjoy flat and sandy beaches such as nationally-protected Bidderosa, Berchida and Capo Comino. So, whether you want to explore the island and its natural treasures or just relax at the nearby beaches or even at home in your secluded country villa, Nurru is the ideal location for a relaxing family holiday.   Rental rates are based on a property occupancy of 4 guests in the standard solution and 8 guests in the more expensive  solution. Additional charges for each guest
 
exceeding the basic occupancy are: 20 euros a day in low season, 22 euros a day in medium season and 26 euros a day in high season. Maximum occupancy 8.

really nice holiday home in Orosei


last week we spent our second holiday in Orosei and we all (family of 5) liked to stay in this house. It is located in a quiet garden, 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Orosei. We like to recommend this place.

Between the mountains and the sea


This is an ideal place to stay in a wonderful setting with spacious gardens and a lovely terrace. The house offers a comfortable base for exploring the towns and landscapes of the interior, as well as easy access to several beautiful beaches. There are a number of good restaurants in town and two good supermarkets within 5 mins drive. We left feeling healthy and relaxed and hoping to return one day soon.
