This apartment is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Pointe Rouge. Located in a gated community with parking in the heart of a small and quiet wooded park residence, it is between the massive Marseilleveyre Pastré the park and the beach.
 
In the street a pharmacy and shops.
 
The apartment is comfortable. Each room is decorated with photos and pictures, he has a piano is at the heart of a garden surrounded by pine trees. The beach of Pointe Rouge is reached via a pleasant walk street.
 
All sports are accessible golf, riding, tennis, windsurfing,

Very good for family holidays


It is very nice, large apartment, situated in quiet South part of Marseille. the Owner has it reconstrueted in last weeks, it looks wonderfull. The kitchen is fully equipped, within 10 days we have not found anything we need. Rooms clean, comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable enough, we slept well. The owner was waiting for us at the agreed time in front of the house. He has prepared cold drinks in the refrigerator, tea and coffee for the morning. It was very nice. During the entire stay in this area we felt safe. There are plenty of shops nearby. If the roads were brought us back to Marseille again, we would like to come to this apartment again.
