Villa Nikolas Agni, with 6 bedrooms, private pool, breathtaking seaviews and a unique location just 500m away from the famous Agni Bay, is probably one of the most attractive properties on the sought after North-East coast of Corfu. Perfect for large families looking for a relaxing holiday or for quiet groups wanting to enjoy the pleasant yet sophisticated atmosphere of Corfu, Villa Nikolas Agni is surrounded by extensive olive groves offering privacy and a totally idyllic setting, yet just a few steps from the stunning beach of Agni (with its 3 tavernas, snack bar and boat hire). This property is definitely not to be missed!
 
Inside, the villa is set over 3 floors + pool level (accessed via flights of steps) and is divided into 3 self-contained units rented together as a whole (to benefit from total privacy and exclusive use of the pool) for a total of 6 bedrooms (air-conditioned), 5 full bathrooms, 2 WCs. This gives the chance to the guests to spend time together and enjoy the spacious common areas, yet having privacy when required and at night time.  On the ground floor (above the pool level) there are respectively a "1-bedroomed apartment" and a "2-bedroomed apartment". One further level above there is the "3-bedroomed main house", which occupies the first and second floor of the building. The "1-bedroomed apartment" has a twin bedroom, a kitchenette (2 cooking rings, oven, fridge/freezer) with adjoining lounge (sofa, satellite TV),  and a shower room. The "2-bedroomed apartment" has a living room with kitchen (sofa, satellite TV, 4 cooking rings, oven, dishwasher), 2 twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with bathtub. Finally, the "3-bedroomed main house", located above, has direct entrance onto the large fully equipped kitchen with adjoining lounge and dining room (fully equipped kitchen, dining table, large sofa, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, access to a furnished terrace with table for 12 guests as well as armchairs perfect for al-fresco dining) and a WC with washing machine. An internal staircase leads up to the 3 bedrooms (one double with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and 2 twins) and the 2 further family bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower).
 
All the rooms and the bedrooms have direct access to extensive terraces providing unobstructed, amazing views over the blue Ionian Sea and Agni Bay (each floor has a spacious terrace). The interiors have been carefully designed and furnished in traditional corfiot style, to provide a superb holiday experience in strict contact with the real soul of this beautiful island.
 
If the interiors of Villa Nikolas Agni are impressive, the outdoor areas are nothing less than stunning. The large private swimming pool (measuring 10m x 5m, depth between 0.9m - 1.8m) is surrounded by extensive stone-paved terraces providing plenty of space for 12 sunbeds as well as brick-built barbecue and dining table for 12 guests (parasols are provided for the hottest hours of the day). The views from the pool patio (as well as from the terraces above) are to die for, and stretch all over Agni Bay with Albanian mainland in the distance. This will be the perfect place to spend long days under the shining Corfiot sun while reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine, admiring the sparkling blue sea and the boats passing by: a truly memorable experience! A WC (sink, toilet) with shower (cold water only) is located off the pool patio. Secure parking (garage) is also available for the guests travelling by car.
 
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service 3 times a week, change of linen / towels twice a week are included in the rental rates. The villa is located in a truly idyllic location, surrounded by lush vegetation, providing peace and total privacy. This turn the villa into the perfect holiday home for all those guest seeking for relaxation and true Greek atmosphere (the area of Agni attracts high level guests from all over Europe year by year).
