This modern townhouse is located in a quiet side street at the edge of the beautiful village of Muro. It has a living space of 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 people. You enter the house through an imposing reception hall and then enter the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi equipped. A fully equipped, modern kitchen is at your disposal for the preparation of delicious Mediterranean dishes. The house is completely equipped with air conditioning cold/warm (0,27€/kwh).
 
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The other 2 bedrooms (1x double, 1x2 single beds) and two bathrooms with shower, both en suite, are on the first floor.
 
In the well-kept outside area there is a beautifully furnished terrace of 60 sqm incl. barbeque for cosy barbecue evenings. There is also a small children's play corner.
 
There is also a 3x2,5 meter pool available for cooling down or splashing around with the children.
On request the pool can be heated (0,27€/kwh)
