ARENAL SPRINGS VILLAS BY THE LAKE is a Magnificent Private and Gated 13 Acre Estate of only (5) Villas. One is the residence of the Innkeeper and the office and the others are available for rental individually or you can rent the Entire Estate of (4) Villas. Great for Small Weddings, Family Reunions, Business Meetings or even for Groups of Friends Traveling together. 
 
No need to rent a car..We have Van Service to pick you up from the Airport or any location in Costa Rica, Escort you daily to tours, shopping and restaurants and drop you off at your next location or Airport. Ask about the rates for the Van Service. 
 
Accommodates Six to Eight guests. Maid Service 3 times weekly or every other day is included. Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates available.
 
Arenal Springs Villas by the Lake is the Most Magnificent and Pristine Property in the Arenal Lake area of Costa Rica. Temperatures here are the most comfortable in Costa Rica. The daily highs are in the low to mid 80's and the nightly lows are in the mid to high 60's years round. Beautiful Pool with more magnificent views. Fully equipped for cooking and has a television with DVD players and movies available.
 
Lake access is available with kayak and canoe rentals. Fishing is great and charters are close by. There are many restaurants in the area for your dining pleasure. We have connections for tours, rental cars, etc. We have a trained staff of an English/Spanish speaking innkeeper, a professional maid and two full time gardeners.
 
We are so conveniently located if you want the flavor of getting the most out of your vacation. We are only 40 minutes from the Arenal Volcano (which is active and may be seen from our property. Also, 40 minutes to the Tabacon Hot Springs. The Beaches of Flamingo, Coco and Ocatal are less than two hours. Locally is Wind Surfing, Horseback Riding, Butterfly Exhibits, Biking, Canoeing, Fishing, Lake Tours, Canopy and Adventure Tours, ATV Tours and on and on.
 
Liberia Airport is only 90 minutes from our site. There is a Spectacular Mountain Route to San Hose the Capitol that is a three and a half hour drive. Waterfalls, swimming holes, coffee plantations, Flora farms, native fruit stands, and quaint little villages. Native restaurants with local cuisine will cost a family of four less than $20. A recent party of four from New York was to stay for one night and extended it by a day five times. His comment was that we were in the best location for someone to fulfill all the entertainment and sight seeing and that they did not need to relocate. The convenience of our location was so outstanding that they could go in different directions each day and have a great time without a plan when they began their morning.

Exceptional property, meticulous hosts!


We stayed at Casa Primera with our family of five for 3 nights during our visit to Lake Arenal. First impression; the grounds of the property are BREATHTAKING. A steep, narrow road is lined with perfectly manicured plants and flowers and trees. Casa Primera itself is stunningly set amongst a picturesque paradise with a stream and a waterfall behind the house. The house is emaculately clean with all of the amenities you could need- including a howler monkey wake up call on occasion! Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own spacious bathroom. We had plenty of space and every comfort of home. Maria is a wonderful hostess, providing us with very good local information and assisting us with coordinating activities and tours. She was an absolute delight to be around and we appreciated her expertise of the area and care she puts into Casa Primera.

Beautiful and unique


This an incredible property with a great host. If you are visiting the Lake Arenal area, I would advise you to stay here at Tom\'s place. We stayed in the house at the very top of the property. The views of the lake were truly amazing.

Perfect Location


This was a vacation for me and my 2 teenage boys. The house was perfectly located for volcano hikes, zip-lining and white water rafting. Maria and Tom were fantastic at making us feel right at home. They helped us with reservations and recommendations for restaurants. They made the trip that much more enjoyable. The house was exactly what we were looking and it was great to have the pool all to ourselves. Definitely recommend!
