Portoverde villa has air conditioning , a spacious living room, 1 kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms outside for a total of 10 +2 beds.
 
The villa with panoramic views of Foiano and Cortona is about 450 square meters. Of which the original part of about 230 square meters. was built in 1925 and the remainder with extension work carried out in 1999, which also involved a careful restoration of the original part, it has been also performed a restoration of all the villa in 2010.
 
The original part is completely self available to tourists while the extension is in part occupied by the owner and his wife, which ensures privacy and offer concierge service to tourists, garden, swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna are for the exclusive use of tourists.
 
In line with the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase (6x12 meters) and the original wooden porch and brick. On one side of the pool is a great place for outdoor whirlpool (SPA) with 6 seats including one lying with heater, ozonator, waterfall and Jacuzzi 2 speed and 32 jets. The use of the heater makes the tank can also be used in low and mid seasons, complete the wellness program a Finnish Sauna with 7 seats .
 
On a corner of the garden is a nice place wrought iron gazebo with mosaic table and chairs , behind the wooden porch always aligned with the villa there is a fountain in Florence octagonal .
 
We offer you a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and the beauty of the Tuscan countryside characterized by green hills, excellent wine and good food. The villa is set in a quiet location and has a high level of quality furnishings, painting, flooring and wall coverings .
 
Access to the villa is via two gates in wrought iron, both with automatic opener remote and a pedestrian gate. Around the villa is the large garden of 5,000 square meters. fully fenced and equipped as well as sun loungers and parasols, large and original Tuscan terracotta pots ( pitchers ) of terracotta statues , trees also secular trees, benches and street lamps cast iron . The space can be used for outdoor weddings or receptions as there is a tensile structure that can hold tables and chairs for about 300 people.
 
In the large garden you can play soccer and even land with a helicopter. The car park has a number of places including 4 covered parking spaces with beautiful wrought iron canopy. Adjacent to the walled garden, there is always owned a plot of land of mq.6.000 used as a plantation of walnuts and oaks that can be used as a parking place for weddings and events.
 
Portoverde Villa is situated 1 km from Foiano della Chiana, an ancient center of Etruscan origin in the Province of Arezzo, where guests can find shops and services of all kinds. Foiano lies at the heart of the Valdichiana valley home of the great cow race Chianina, exported all over the world for the quality of its meat. Near the exit of the A1 motorway at Valdichiana Outlet is located a great where you can buy clothing from the best brands, and more at significantly discounted prices.
