This is a really lovely villa in the country just one kilometre from the village of Varages. It has wonderful views over the forested hills and valleys of the Haut Var. The house is situated on a hillside in a quiet spot, but not isolated. It is suitable for 6 people and has a private swimming pool. The accommodation is virtually on one level with just a few stairs to the bedrooms.
Accommodation
The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, two with double beds 160cms and shower rooms ‘en suite’, and one bedroom with twin beds and a shower room ‘en suite’ . One of these bedrooms has a dressing room. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the utensils and equipment you could possible need. There is an oven, hop top, fridge/freezer, a sec on fridge for drinks, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area which seats eight comfortably. There are french windows to the east terrace where there is a large table and eight chairs under the shade of two parasols and a number of beautiful trees with a gas BBQ. The dining area adjoins the sitting room which has a wood burning stove and satellite TV, with numerous English channels as well as all the French channels should you so wish. There is wireless internet through out the house and a telephone for emergency calls.
Outside.
The house sits in its own garden of 1700 sq.ms which is mainly grass and olive trees. There is a swimming pool 10 x 5 ms all one depth of 160cms with a small shallow area to sit or for children. The pool is private to the house only, as is the garden. The pool area is fenced with iron railings and is secure. There are two terraces for sitting or eating one on the east side of the house which has a table and chairs with two parasols for shade, and the second is on the south side. This one is covered with a pergola and a wisteria for shade, it faces the view to the hills beyond. There is a smaller table and four chairs with some deck chairs, and a swing chair for two.
There is plenty of space to park.

Under the main house is an apartment which is independent with its own entrance and garden. The owner lives here with a small dog. The main house is not over looked and there is no contact unless required.
