The Villa is located in the municipality of Ostuni, in a panoramic and private area. The name "Grande Quercia" derives from the presence of an ancient oak tree located on the property just after the entrance gate.
The Villa of about 100 square meters consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with two beds and a beautiful fireplace, a kitchen, a veranda with a window, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a corridor that connects the living room to the kitchen and to a bedroom. Everything is spread over a single floor with radiators in every room served by a pellet stove. In the veranda there is an inverter for cold and hot air conditioning, while on the roof of the house, reachable through a convenient external staircase, a solar panel is installed for the supply of hot water. The Villa is accessible via two entrances, one veranda side and one kitchen side. On the kitchen side where there is an external staircase, there is another open veranda and a patio with a stone table, outdoor shower and external sinks. It also has mosquito nets, iron railings, an alarm system connected to a surveillance institute. The location of the villa, due to its privileged position, is ideal for those who love nature, peace and pure air.
There is an Imoff pit for the discharge of waste water. There is also an external masonry room used as a tool shed and a porch for the shade area for the machine. The Villa is surrounded by a garden, cared for in detail with games of stones and ornamental plants. Beyond the garden there is a land of more than one hectare completely enclosed by dry stone walls and partially by wire mesh. There are about sixty olive trees as well as a hundred almond trees, several prickly pears, some pomegranate and pear trees. The land is maintained on free loan from a local farm, so it does not involve any expense for pruning, plowing and what was necessary to keep all the land in order.
It is possible to build an outdoor pool in direct contact with nature.
