This home is ideal for families with children as it is contained safely for them and includes a wide range of toddler/infant equipment  to make your holiday an easy one.
 
The location of Southern Views on the Fairmont Southampton Hotel grounds - the hotel reception is less than a three minute walk away - provides ready access to the hotel's golf club (Turtle Hill Golf Club, winner of Golf Digest's Best Places to Play Golf), tennis, hiking trails, Willowstream Spa  and six top-ranked restaurants offering some of the finest dining in Bermuda: Waterlot, Ocean Club, Boundary Sports Bar and Grille, Mediterra, Jasmine Cocktail Bar and Lounge, Windows on the Sound and  Beach and Pool Terrace Restaurants.
 
Other amenities include a five minute walk to the Bermuda Railway Trail, which spans 18 miles of Bermuda- ideal for walking, biking, and scenic tours. Famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is also within walking distance and provides 360 degree views from its upper viewing station. Horseback riding and all the magic of Spicelands and South Shore trails which include sunrise and sunset guided tours begin a mere 5 minute taxi ride or moped ride away. Beautiful home!


This home is absolutely spectacular! This homeowner made sure every detail of this property was perfect. The views of Horseshoe Bay unmatched. Appreciated the convenience of being on The Fairmont property to take advantage of all the restaurants, shuttles and taxis. My family had one of our best and most memorable vacations ever. Thanks Kim and family for making our vacation the best!

Amazing location! Amazing house! Amazing view!

We had a wonderful vacation in Bermuda. The owner, Kimberly Burns, was wonderful to work with while booking our vacation. She answered every email and was very helpful with providing sights and information to make our stay in Bermuda fun. The house was lovely and spacious. The bedrooms were colorful, and very inviting. After fun days at the beach we absolutely loved relaxing on the amazing deck. The view of Horseshoe Bay along with the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking to behold from the deck. It was just a short walk to the Fairmount to catch the shuttle bus to the beach to have some fun in the sun.

Beautiful Home in the Best Location


We were a large, extended family (three generations), celebrating an 80th birthday. Kim, the owner, could not have been more attentive or accommodating. The place is brand new, thoughtfully appointed, and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time out on the deck and in the hot tub soaking up the incredible views of Horseshoe Bay. It was easy to jump on the shuttle to get to and from the beach and we enjoyed the close proximity to the Fairmont restaurants and facilities (the golf club restaurant is great!). However, we ate most of our meals in the home which was easy to do given the kitchen had all that was needed and the grill was fired up most nights. We look forward to returning!!
