4 stand-alone villas each with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Villas 2, 3 and 4 have outdoor showers. All the villas are beachside, with villa 1 sitting right on the ocean, villa 2 just behind and 3 and 4 just behind that. Fantastic landscaping. Villas 1, 2 and 3 rent as 2 bedrooms and we rent villa 4 as either a 1 or 2 bedroom option. The villas are on Meads Bay in Anguilla. All have their own private plunge pool, fabulous outdoor lounge and dining space, wonderful kitchen and indoor living space.

Villa I : 
Immaculate ocean views set directly on the white sand of Meads Bay. Wake up on the beach and experience the spectacular Anguillian sunsets every night.
 
Villa II :
Mere steps from the beach and with partial ocean views, enjoy Anguillian tranquility and experience a private massage next to your plunge pool.
 
Villa III :
Set in the heart of our tropical landscape, you’re just a minute walk to the ocean while maintaining the privacy we promise along with all the amenities Meads Bay Beach Villas is renowned for.
 
Villa IV :
Set at the highest point of the property and a 90 second walk to the beach, experience quaint privacy as you sit by the pool, cocktail in hand, and gaze at the infinite canopy of stars overhead each night.
 
One Bedroom (Villa III or Villa IV) :
 Rented as one bedroom options for a lower rate, experience all the Caribbean luxuries villas III and IV have to offer where we simply lock off the door to the second bedroom.

RESERVATION POLICIES
A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations. Specific dates cannot be held and will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Wire transfer, American Express, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted methods of payment. Full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is recommended
 
Deposit is fully refundable provided cancellation is received in writing 90 days or more prior to arrival. Thereafter, the deposit is applied to any cancelled or altered nights of a reservation.
 
Reservation and cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Rates are subject to change without notice

The Meads Bay Beach Villas are amazing


The Meads Bay Beach Villas are amazing. Each villa has two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens. The space is designed beautifully. Each villa has it\'s own infinity pool. Unlike a hotel, it was quiet and secluded, yet still had access to nearby restaurants, bars and incredible white beaches and snorkeling. The employees were extremely attentive to our every request. We really enjoyed hiring a chef and having the whole family do a beach dinner and huge bonfire. I\'d go back again in a second! .

Perfect Location


Meads Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, is steps away from your villa. There are always chairs/umbrellas available for those staying in the villas and there are a number of great restaurants you can walk to. An absolute perfect location in my opinion. I can\'t say enough great things about Meads Bay Villas. We will be back for many more visits!

Meads Bay Beach Villas has the most spectacular gardens and landscaping I have ever seen in my life. The walkway to the beach is surrounded but the prettiest and most vibrant plants you will ever see anywhere! At the end of the walkway that lines the Villas is the most beautiful blue ocean view with gorgeous white sand beaches. The Villas themselves are spacious, clean and have breathtaking views. You will cherish every moment you spend at this spectacular piece of paradise.
