Also accessible by the sea, the MORNE PARADIS has its private pontoon in the lagoon; Ideal place for your walks in the lagoon in canoe-kayak and stand up paddle.
You will be in the heart of a green tropical garden, adorned with coconut trees, palm trees, bougainvillea and banana trees, for intense moments of tranquility.

MORNE PARADIS offers you:
-sa infinity pool mirror (salt) lagoon view to refresh you at any time of the day.
- its private pontoon with the possibility of mooring your boat or scooter of the seas
- the canoe-kayak & stand-up paddle loan, on request
- its "fisherman's hut" located near the pontoon for your moments of relaxation.
 
Depending on your needs, we can offer you:
- the intervention of a cleaning lady during your stay
- a tour guide (visit of the island or canoe-kayak)
- a masseuse at home on reservation
- a sports coach at home on reservation
- delivery of meals to order
- boat rental delivered at your convenience to the pontoon, located a few meters from your rental.

Luxury villa


Luxury villa, extraordinary pool overlooking the marina, quiet and very well located, perfect equipment. Astrid was very accommodating. Being absent, we were warmly welcomed by Daniele who stayed tuned throughout the stay. He would simply miss a barbecue but we forget it very quickly.

Everything was great.


Everything was great. Magnificent pool, well designed lounge, terrace overlooking the marina (not overlooked). A perfect check in with a basket of fruits and a few other complementary items, it was a real pleasure to stay in Villa Zepices. Astrid is in perfect communication terms with answers almost in the hour. This villa has largely forgotten the most luxurious hotels!

Great villa


Great villa with a wonderful terrace with saltwater pool above the Marina. If required, there is Aircondi in all rooms. The villa is very nicely decorated in modern style kitchen on the contrary, even ice cube dispenser on the freezer and water dispenser with hot and cold. Who likes can let off steam by kayak. Very good restaurant nearby, easy to walk. Further down the marina, 3 minutes by car. We loved it, the terrace was of course the most brilliant. Astrid received us warmly and was very easy to reach. Late check out was not a problem, thanks again
