With an ideal location on Ronald Reagan Parkway and Champions Gate Blvd. it has direct access to the I4. Guests can take advantage of its closeness to all of the attractions parks: Disney World, Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, Bush Gardens, and to all of the restaurants, malls and well-known championship golf courses.
 
Rustic and trendy decorations and great accommodation for up to 14 guests, which is ideal for families or groups of friends.
 
The ground floor displays a bright and spacious open-plan that consists of a modern kitchen with isle, living & dining area leading to the private lanai, and a bedroom with King Size bed with en-suite bathroom, all spaces include rustic and refreshing décor elements. The laundry room is near the kitchen, the half-bathroom can be found in this floor, also.
 
On the upper level guests can relax in the other four -either rustic or themed- appointed suites and rooms. There is a rustic master bedroom with KingSize bed plus a baby crib and en-suite bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a QueenSize bed and en-suite bathroom, and two kids’ themed bedrooms: one bedroom is for witches and wizards with a Full-Over-Full Bunk beds and en-suite bathroom, and the other is an old-time cartoon themed bedroom with two Twin-Over-Twin Bunk beds. There is a full-bathroom with double sink and bathtub on the hallway that can be shared by these last two bedrooms.

Clean and Comfortable


The house is clean and comfortable. All the furniture is new, and all the rooms have a private bathroom. Except for one which is in the hallway. The place is very quiet.

It was a very nice place!!! Many problems during our stay!! Dirty pool, leaking sink eventually leaked all over floor, painting building and couldn’t use pool. Of the whole stay we had a clean pool for 1 day???? I am generous with the 3stars!!!!

Beautiful house! Super clean and just overall perfect. Private screened in pool. Loved the piña colada and pulled pork nachos from the restaurant. Nice big community pool with a water park for the kids. Mini golf, valley ball. Close to Disney!

The property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures in the ad promoting it. We had 10 people in our family and we were 100% comfortable and never felt crowded. The pool in back was a huge bonus as the kids and younger adults climbed in torelax after long days at the park. It really was nice!
