Hideaway Bay Beach Club (HBBC) is a condo Association with 102 individually owned condo units, it provides a large complex heated pool, free (first come first served) boat slips with a maximum boat length of 24 feet. This is a getaway location in Placida FL, only traffic is by golf cars, Fenced (Free) parking lot on the mainland side, Free Ferry for registered guests and renter's at HBBC.
 
Once there, you will find push-carts for luggage and groceries you can take on-board the Ferry-boat and roll to our unit on the island, we ask that once you're finished unloading you take cart back to where the ferry parked in front of the pool and garage area for others to use. The unit has three levels, garage underneath, second level is actually the most used and finally the third level is the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Once inside the unit you'll watch sunsets from your front porch, enjoy serenity of no traffic on the island, golf cars are only means of transportation. Island is accessible by personal boat or Hideaway Bay Ferry-Boat service, refer to Ferry Boat Schedule for times.
 
Unique Benefits
It is a quiet relaxing environment, no vehicles only golf cars allowed, the unit faces the ocean with a walking distance of approximately 750-800 feet, some of our renters have stated this island as a "magical island" and they cannot stress enough enjoyment in returning year after year. The children enjoy themselves in our clear pristine waters and we have an abundant marine shells and shark teeth which they enjoy in collecting, we have a jar at the unit full of these shark teeth.

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the property dates upon receiving a refundable security deposit of $500.00, our refund policy is 100% if notice is provided thirty days prior to the arrival date. We do-not over-book our customers, it's a first come, first served basis once deposit has been received. We have been doing rentals since September 1997 and have had only one instance where the deposit was not returned in all those years. We believe in cultivating good customer service and mostly depend on return guests as they become like family throughout the years.

Notes
The weekly rates provided above includes, cleaning fees, taxes, vehicle parking, all ferry scheduled runs, one golf car usage, we provide beach towels, chairs these beach items must be brought back to the unit before night fall due to turtle nesting rules, if they are taken away by any other party, the will be deducted from your security deposit. Also, garbage must be placed on the garbage bins behind the building before 3:00 P.M. which is the collection time, must be in secured white plastic bags in order to prevent island critters from making a mess, do not leave any garbage inside unit upon your departure.
