Modern, glamorous vacation villa located near all the theme parks and tourist attractions in central Florida! This two story, five bedroom, five bathroom villa offers over 3000 sq feet for you and your family to spread out in. The home is brand new and features high end furniture, granite counters,  and stainless steel appliances. 
 
There are two master suites, each featuring a king sized bed w a plush, comfortable mattress. There is one additional bedroom on the first floor, fit for a queen. On the second floor, there are two themed bedrooms. Little girls will love playing dress up in the frozen themed room, which offers a frozen castle, a frozen karaoke machine, and several frozen puzzles and board games. Little boys will love fighting with light sabers or hiding in the Star Wars tent in their own room featuring twin bunk beds. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom as well.
 
The home also features a private plunge pool and hot tub as well as a covered patio area. Heating the pool and hot tub will require a small additional fee of $20/day (completely optional).
 
As wonderful as the home is, the icing on the cake is the Oasis Clubhouse, which all renters will have full access to. Take a break from the theme parks, and enjoy a day relaxing in the lazy river or watching your children play in the toddler splash pad area. The clubhouse also features a movie theater, a fitness center, an arcade, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, an arts and crafts room for children and more! Afterward, enjoy dinner in the full service restaurant and bar located on site.

Beautiful home!! We will definitely stay here again!!


The home was new and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. The big hit was the Frozen bedroom for our 4 year old. She asked every day when were we going back to her Frozen room so she could play!!

Great place with plenty of space off the Disney Property!


My wife and I loved Kim\'s house. She has done a great job decorating and providing all the essentials one needs for an extended stay. The property is within 25 minutes of the Disney parks. This allowed my family and I to come back, eat lunch, and relax prior to going back to the parks. We had tons of room to move around in the house which made it great for the kids to find something to do. The Oasis Clubhouse provided us plenty of fun on our off days from Disney. My family and I will definitely stay in this house again when we return to the Orlando area.

Great Disney Home for Young kids


My wife and 2 small children (Daughter 4, Son 2) stayed in June. The location is great, close to Disney (although leave early to avoid AM traffic if you can), and wasn’t a bad drive to get out to Cocoa Beach for a day. The finishing touches in the house are much higher end than I was expecting for a rental. There was also a good amount of toys and fun treasures for the kids to play with when we had down time at the home. The at the pool at the house was a big hit too. Clean and had fun pool toys for the little ones. The pool/splash pad/lazy river area you get access to with your stay was also great for the kids. You could easily spend a whole day there and have a good time. Kim was very responsive with the few small things we asked about during the trip. All around 5 stars and definitely some place we would stay again on a future trip.

The house & customer service were great. The home was clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were also comfy which was great after a long day out at the parks. As soon as we arrived, we knew we\'d picked the perfect house. There were plenty of dishes, towels, and toiletries. The only recommendation would be a new BBQ grill. This house deserves more than 5 stars. My husband & step father both loved it and they\'re not easily impressed. Even family who visited, ( they stayed at other homes in the area) were impressed by how nice & cozy the home was. If you\'re on the fence, just go ahead and book it. You won\'t be disappointed.
