This attractive, upscale home (4,000+ sq. ft.) located under the majestic Boulder Flatirons within walking distance to Historic Chautauqua Park and it’s many wonderful hiking trails. Stylish as well comfortable modern furniture adorn the living room which opens to the formal dining room with seating for twelve. One of the best features of the house is the outdoor patio living areas. Perfect for families along with friends looking for a home with enough space to relax and enjoy all that Boulder has to offer without being congested.  
 
With four adult size bedrooms (each with access to either a full or half bath) and a fifth bedroom/study with a sofa bed, the house will restfully sleep nine adults. In addition, our five bedroom home allows you to configure two of the bedrooms to you choice of either King or two Twin beds per room.
 
An adult house with adult size beds, no bunk-beds or little kiddie beds.

Lower Level Bedroom: Queen Size Bed
The Two Main Floor Bedrooms, configured to your choice of:                                                         
Either 1-King Size Bed or 2-Twin Size Beds per room 
 
Fifth bedroom/study: Twin Size sofa bed with a very comfortable memory foam pad. 
 
After a long day strolling Pearl Street Mall or hiking one of Boulder's many outdoor trails the return home will be a soothing one with the aid of the full-size Jacuzzi tub located in the master bedroom. 
 
Boulder offers many exquisite restaurants, however if you decide to cook at home the kitchen features a butcher block sitting area with Avanza counter tops & Jenn-Air gas oven/cook top stove that will make fixing meals a breeze. Don’t worry about picking up spices or miscellaneous condiments, the kitchen is well stock. 
 
With two family rooms, TV cable access to 150+ channels, Blu Ray DVD, and Sonos stereo system (be sure to download the Sonos app before arriving) you may want to spend a night or two just relaxing at home. The game room features a full-size 8 ft pool table, while the library/study has plenty of reading material available. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. 
 
LOCATION
Our home is centrally located just above the University of Colorado Boulder campus and is ideal for family with friend’s, reunions and has been host to many wedding gatherings. To get a true feel for our home please take a moment to read the many reviews from previous guest.

Our home is so centrally located so you can walk to just about anywhere in town, however, if you choose to drive,
 
- 18 miles to Eldora Ski area 
- 50 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park 
- 80 miles to Winter Park, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge Ski Areas
- 110 miles to Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Areas
 
Please note that our home does have a efficiency unit in the lower part of the house that is completely separate from the main house. This is where our 87 year young Uncle Len resides. The unit has it's own entrance and privacy space completely separate from the main houses. 
Len is a retired professor, Boulder icon and neighborhood treasure.  His one man Albert Einstein & Niels Bohr shows along with his positive, upbeat outlook on life have been enjoyed by many Boulder residents over the years.  Len keeps to himself unless he's engaged in a friendly conversation where he loves telling stores of Einstein and Bohr. 
In no way will your visit have any effect on Len or vise versa. If you get the chance say hello, especially if your from Chelsea Massachusetts.

Great Spot For Family visiting CU Boulder


Dropped daughter off at CU Boulder with family. Great location, room for 10, easy checking, Sonos throughout house, pool table in basement, great patio for evenings, close to flatirons to hike, and more. Will stay again
