overlooking the Gulf of Papagayo and has every imaginable amenity! The incredible infinity edge pool and jacuzzi are just the start. Large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout bring the stunning beauty to your door. Villa Zarpe has luxurious, custom made furniture and offers two master suites – one with a tub, and two over-sized bedrooms with two full beds in each.  All rooms offer amazing views and a terrace or balcony. There is an indoor/outdoor sound system, Ipod docking station, office space, a movie viewing room, WIFI and Bluetooth throughout. The chef’s kitchen offers Viking appliances.  There is even a state-of-the-art water filtration system to include reverse osmosis, that produces commercial quality drinking water. 
 
For some added fun, there is a game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, dart board, wet bar. It has a full bathroom and queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. They have even provided a commercial grade ice machine to fill those ice chests for your day’s adventure!
 
We also offer daily housekeeping and breakfast service. You pay only the cost of groceries!
 
The Villa is conveniently located just thirty minutes from Liberia International Airport and just ten minutes outside of the busy town of Playas del Coco that offers grocery stores, bar/restaurants and shopping. There are several beautiful beaches within 5-10 minutes.
 
Villa Zarpe will complete your trip experience with the complimentary services of our experienced concierge who will help take the guesswork out of your trip planning. She can help with transportation, rental cars, activities, in-home spa treatments and dine-out suggestions! Daily housekeeping and breakfast are included and a private chef can be arranged for an additional fee.  We are here to make it your most memorable vacation!

Perfect vacation in every way!!!


Villa Zarpe has the most beautiful view from every room, is decorated perfectly, is so comfortable and so clean! Erica made us such a delicious breakfast every morning, and did our laundry every day. She is such a sweetheart! The concierge service set us up with fishing, zip lining, a rainforest hike, and white water rafting. They were so accommodating and made everything so easy for us. I would highly recommend booking Villa Zarpe to anyone. I can\'t wait to go back!!!

Villa Zarpe was paradise


Just wanted to reach back out to you . . .we are back home in California . . . back to reality. I wanted to let you know that we enjoyed ALL aspects of our trip . . . let me give you a few specific details: ~the Villa - We found it absolutely amazing for our group. For me, I like a house that is neither too big nor too small; and it was perfect! It fit all of us comfortably and had comfortable/stylish features. Some of our favorites included . . .the infinity pool with amazing views, the 2 ice makers, the coffee maker, a/c in every room, the game room. ~the staff (Erika aka \"my angel\", David aka \"master scheduler\", Adonis + Carlitos (our welcome committee), Tony/other shuttle van drivers - Collectively, all these people are excellent at taking care of all the details for us which allowed us to be able to just relax and enjoy our stay. For me, Erika was such a blessing; for me to know that the kids/dads would be served a delicious hot breakfast every morning that I didn\'t have to prepare was so valuable. Not only that, she cared for the house responsibilities so that I could really feel like I was on vacation. Please relay to her how much we appreciated her service & her patience with my broken \"Spanglish\". David spent a great deal of time listening to our list of activities and then making sure we had a reservation for exactly what we wanted to do. And I also just remembered that Gustavo also had a bunch of suggestions, especially for dinner, before we even arrived. And I am so happy that I was able to reach out to you on numerous occasions before our visit to help finalize our reservation. I am glad that you recommended the 4 wheel drive vehicles; my husband had fun driving to/from our destinations. ~location - Perfect!; we could travel by car just a few minutes to be in the cute town Ocotal, shopping/visiting the fruit stand and also found many fun places to visit that were an hour or so away (Tamarindo, Playa Danta, Rio Celeste, Llanos de Cortez, and many more)
