Welcome to our newly renovated 2 story Cape Cod home at 401 Acapesket Rd, East Falmouth. Walk in the door to a warm, inviting, relaxing home with Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, (4) Bedrooms, (2) Baths, and Outdoor Shower.  Open the back door and enjoy your privacy in a 1/2 acre oasis surrounded by virgin forrest. Menauhant, Bristol and Falmouth Heights beaches are located a short distance from the house and access is provided to Green Pond across the street for Kayaking and Paddle Boarding. Amenities at the house include an outdoor gas grill, kayaks, paddle boards, bicycle fleet for all ages, beach chairs, beach wagon with cooler and backyard games. Inside you will find central air conditioning, HD TV, wireless internet, music system and all amenities you need to arrive and enjoy your vacation. Take a ride on the Shining Sea bike path. Walk, ride or drive to one of our local beaches to enjoy Vineyard Sound. Take one of our bicyles on the Island Queen Ferry to explore Martha's Vineyard.

Great vacation house!


Cute house in a great location near beaches & stores. Backyard was incredible, private with firepit & outdoor shower. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed to have fun. Great location!


House and property was beautiful and clean. Loaded with plenty of things to do. We had a wonderful time on green pond with the paddle boards and kayaks. Owner and property manager were very accessible and nice!

we enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean with all the amenities that we needed.


We enjoyed the large back yard where we played many games with everyone. The house was great. The central air a big plus. There were bikes and kayaks available and we used them. A large grill for cookouts was put to good use. I would highly recommend this property,

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Great location for our long weekend stay. The house was adorable and extremely clean and fully stocked. The yard was beautiful. Just a lovely rental!
