Beautiful home situated south of Rte 28 on cul-de-sac, family Friendly Street, in sought after Centerville Village. Our home has 2000 square feet of living space, newly furnished and elegantly decorated on the main level. A very airy, sunny, and entertaining kitchen; fully equipped; formal dining room and a large living room with electric fireplace for those cozy evenings. This level also has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 queen beds, 2 singles and a convertible bed (2 singles or a queen), the lower level has the 5th bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the tv room and newly added Bar and playroom. The sunny deck right off the kitchen is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill.
 
The lower level has a large playroom with foosball table, exercise equipments, TV, Internet etc.; a third bathroom, laundry room, and the rest for the kids to run around when they are tired of the all fenced in backyard. 
 
While tucked away in safe and quiet Centerville, this house put you in Mid Cape; 4 minutes to warm Craigville Beach and 2 minutes to Long Pond (by car) fresh water beach; 10 minutes to the Parades, restaurants, shops, and JFK Library of Main street Hyannis. You’ll see why we love Cape Cod!

Love this home


We love this home and location so much, this is actually our second time staying here and plan on making this an annual family vacation home. There is plenty of space for a large family or a couple of small families to enjoy their time together. It is very conveniently located to everything in town, the mall, supermarket and Craigssville Beach. My family and I highly recommend this home.

Nice sized home in convenient location


Highly recommended to families looking to stay in the Hyannis area! My family stayed here for 1 week this summer. Our party was 2 couples, each with 1 baby. The house was perfect for us. It was plenty big enough for all of us, even with the babies\' toys and belongings scattered everywhere. The kitchen is especially large with a big island you can sit around, and there\'s a basement that serves as a good playroom. Location-wise, it was just a few minute drive (or 30-40 minute walk) to beautiful Craigsville beach, and about a 10 minute drive to downtown Hyannis, where there are tons of shops and restaurants and you can also get the ferries to Nantucket and Martha\'s Vineyard. It was great having a beach pass included in the price, and the house also had beach chairs and umbrellas you can borrow. The house was nice and clean when we arrived, and once you got the window ACs going, it stayed comfortable despite the heat wave while we were visiting. Enjoy your stay!

Great vacation rental


This house greatly exceeded our expectation. It\'s very spacious and well maintained. It is located on a quiet dead end street yet close to everything: beach, supermarket etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year.

Had a great stay! Lots of space inside and out which was great for the kids. They lived eating at the counter in the kitchen. There is still some musty smell but only downstairs. The foosball and ping pong were great for he rainy days!

A wonderful week


We are three families with a lot of kids, the house accommodated us and fits our needs very well. Our kids ( some are very young) like biking outside on the road,the dead end street make it very safe and quite. The house is very clean, organized, and well furniture. The beds are generally comfortable. Compared with last year ( one family stayed in this house last year), the house was even better improved! The dinning and kitchen areas are connected as a big open space, which is ideal for social as well as for meal times. We love downstairs foosball table, big entertainment room. But one thing I guess was common to most house, the basement has quite some mosquitoes, we only used the bedroom down there for one night ( two kids got a lot of mosquito bites). The owner even left a bottle of champagne to use as a welcome gift, which is very sweet.
