The space
My home is located a short walking distant to the Lake Mountain Club house (open summers only) and a 3 minute drive to the Big Boulder Ski Resort.
 
Passes to the lake mountain club in summers - beach, pool tennis, lake, basketball etc. Short walking distant from home.
 
Via telephone only.
 
The Pocono area has a lot to offer both in the summer and winter months.
 
The best means of transport to this area is driving.
 
After booking and before your arrival to the house, I will send a electronic door access code. Locked is programmed for checkin after 3PM and checkout no later than 11AM.

Other things to note
Linens and towels are NOT provided, guest must bring their own.
 
There is a 9% Pennsylvania tax that must be added to your total rental rate. This tax is not included in the total rate that the system gives you because AirBnB system doesn't have the option to add this tax in your fee breakdown.

Great Location


The house was beautiful and in a great location for everything! The hot tub that was in the description was misleading and shouldn\'t really be there. My girlfriend and I were looking for a hot tub where we could sit and soak but it didn\'t work properly. This was also a Japanese style hot tub which could only fit one person honestly. We tried to make it work so to speak, but it would have taken a hour to fill it up. If you are booking this on the main reason on the hot tub, I would reconsider. The house overall was very clean and otherwise accurate everywhere else. You could take a stroll down to the lake and is a pretty view. The fireplace was a nice touch and I would being a few logs extra + starter wood (there were a few there already and a starter log). We were 2 minutes away from Big Boulder (literally down the street) and probably 10-15 mins from Jack Frost/Camelback. The couches and TV were cozy and very accurate. You could sit up next to the fire and enjoy a relaxing lazy day here. I would recommend a short drive to Hawk Falls and do a hike here. Very easy trail which was about 1 mile to the falls and back total. One of my favorite parts for the trip!
