The new kitchen boosts white cabinets with all new stainless steel appliances as well as a all-in-one washer and dryer for your added convenience.  The new island provides ample seating and is open to the living room.  The main living area has two bedrooms with main bathroom with tub plus 2 bedrooms.   One with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed and twin.The master bedroom is situated privately with cathedral ceilings and full bath of its own.  New kings size bed, bedding, furniture and decor plus more. Come enjoy the sandy beaches, great restraurants, outlet shopping and other area attractions in charming Clinton, CT.
 
Fully furnished and stocked kitchen: In the summer season Summer 2018 electricity, water, heat, smart tv/cable, secured WiFi, lawn service and garbage pick-up is included. 
 
Academic rental garbage pick up  and lawn service are included- all utilities are the responsibility of the academic tenant.

Vacation week enjoyed at Kelsey Rd


Just right for a beach vacation. The house was clean, updated and equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The Association beach was a five minute walk and the Town beach only ten minutes. The Town beach had a playscape, splash pad and lots of beach front and white sand. We would stay again with no question.

Lovely stay


The house was perfect for our family vacation. The large open floor plan for meals and conversations was a highlight! We had three generations and spent much time gathering there. We enjoyed the TV options and were able to see shows. The master suite was especially lovely and a nice get away. The house was outfitted with everything needed for ease. It was just a quick walk to the beach which was picturesque on Long Island Sound and near all shopping needs. We had family nearby which was the focus of our vacation, so all cooking out was done there. We didn\'t use the grill or the backyard which was lovely. We did enjoy the outdoor shower and the lovely herb garden! The owner, Ann, was wonderful to work with and assisted along the way. Thank you for sharing your home!

We have rented this property three times for very good reasons: the property is perfect for our family, close to the beach and other attractions, the home is fully stocked, and the owner is very responsive. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Perfect Vacation Home!


This is a wonderful Home! The home is very clean, nicely decorated and had all you could want in a beach house. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials for preparing a homemade meal. The open floor plan worked out really well especially with the large island there to gather around. The backyard is very private and a nice way to sit back, relax and end the day. The outdoor shower is great to have. The beach is just a 3 minute walk making it very convenient. The check-in was seamless. The WiFi worked really well. The neighborhood is very nice and the neighbors were friendly. Overall this is a wonderful home to rent!
