Easy walking distance to downtown Cruz Bay, but nestled away on a quiet lane above Frank Bay, this 2 bedroom/2 bath stand-alone villa combines the very best and convenience of in-town living with the beauty and relaxation of a private home. Water views from the private infinity pool invite you to soak in the very best of island life.
 
Frank Bay House is a 3-story villa with street-level parking and two gated street-level entries to the villa. The private pool and courtyard are located on the ground floor with an outdoor shower. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus a single bed and their own ensuite full bath, are on the second floor, along with an outdoor shower and a charming courtyard. The third floor has an open-air covered living room, enclosed kitchen and open-air dining area, all of which have panoramic views of the surrounding water, St. Thomas, and of sunset. The villa has Wi-Fi throughout and Roku streaming enabled 4K TVs in each of the air-conditioned bedroom suites. The island-style kitchen is ready for coffee in the morning, cocktails later in the day, or gourmet meals, even with the in-town restaurants waiting for you only a few minutes away. The house is stocked with beach towels and beach chairs as you adventure to nearby beaches, with the pool awaiting your return.

Cancellation: All money paid is fully refundable with a 60 day notice prior to arrival. Less than 60 days will result in 100% forfeiture of funds or you may apply monies to a future reservation of not more than one year from the cancellation date.

We loved this house. LOVED IT! Views are incredible. Open air living space and kitchen, air conditioned comfy bedrooms and a large clean pool. Walking distance to everything, just know that there are steep hills in St John so be prepared with good shoes. Pictures don’t do this home justice.

Hidden Gem!


We had an amazing stay at the Frank Bay house! The pictures do not capture the great amenities of this place which include a 3 level open air concept, a private pool, two comfortable bedrooms with AC, and a short walk to Cruz Bay. Also appreciate how helpful the property manager Tammy was during our stay! Looking forward to renting here again!.
