It is stylish and beautifully appointed! Our home is a fully air-conditioned Premier Luxury 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath Beachfront Villa with private pool. Dawn beach is at your doorstep. If you love the sea and spectacular views, but fine living and comfort are all-important to you, Villa Corinne has it all! This gorgeous home offers daily maid service from our personal housekeeper, full Concierge Service, private garage, and gym as well as food delivered prior to your arrival.  As our guest, you also have access to all the services and amenities next door at the Oyster Bay Hotel: infinity pool, gym, spa, and restaurant that serves lunch and dinner.
 
Gracious new rewly rebuilt property directly on Dawn Beach. Features grand living room with new designer furniture and appointments, state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with espresso machine, blender, baking dishes, coffee pot and, of course, the finest appliances. There are 3 large masters with ensuite sumptuous baths. Two of our bedrooms offer amazing ocean views! Each large bedroom has King beds with pillow top mattresses and fine linens. Dining area features table for 10 with all table linens, dishes and serving pieces. Large bar is fully euippped for all entertaining. Lovely terrace overlooks the ocean and boasts an in-pool gazebo seating for 8 people for cool drinks or star gazing. Comfortable lounge chairs, ourdoor table with umbella seats 6 and cooking with the new Weber Grill with all accessories. If you need to work while on vacation, there is a secretary with all outlets, printer and office supplies. Our private maid is there whenever you need her during the day. On our Coral Beach Property there is a newly redone restaurant - Big Fish. Glamorous and with 5-star quality food. Our arrangement with the Oyster Bay Hotel next door offers our guests free acess to all their facilities - pool, gym, spa, activities and Infinity restaurant. This is a "home away from home" villa - not your usual "beachie type" property. Incidentally, we are very family friendly and if you have small children we provide packnplay, kiddy pool, toys, floats, etc., free of charge. We can also arrange babysitters if required.

Villa Corrine is a perfect vacation spot! Our family loved it!


The property was beautiful, well maintained, and the service was wonderful. Daily maid service, visible security, concierge service and the pool guy were all great! We loved the views from every room and the convience to the beach. The kitchen had everything you could possibly ever need but villa was also steps away from several restaurants and a small grocery. You don\'t even need to rent a car but I heavily encourage it for the week to see other beaches on the island. We loved exploring the island! We enjoyed staying at Villa Corrine and the overall experience was wonderful! We highly recommend it.

Great Vacation At Villa Corinne


Corinne and Richard - Thank you very much for sharing your villa with us last week. It is such a beautiful home. The service and amenities were top notch. All the rooms are lovely and the pool is so nice. The area is great, we enjoyed all of the restaurants (Big Fish, Mr Busby\'s, Daniels, etc). We enjoyed the day trip to Anguilla as well. You were so great to deal with, we look forward to returning to St Maarten very soon. Thank you The Harris Family.

Paradise Found!


Corinne\'s Villa is amazing!!! From the moment you enter this exquisite home, the view from the villa to the pool and ocean is captivating. It\'s beauty is matched by comfort and function. The kitchen offers all the tools of home plus a Weber grill on the patio. While we ate out most of the time, a couple of nights we stayed in and cooked because we did not want to leave the villa. The family room was spacious and comfortable. We were so excited with the satellite TV because we could watch NFL games. All bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable (bed and sheets are equivalent to high end hotels) with private baths. Two of the three bedrooms have sliders to the patio. We enjoyed coffee everyday on the patio appreciating the view. The outdoor area is well appointed with very comfortable seats, chaises and a sunken gazebo. Gazing at the stars in the midnight blue sky was a treat! Access to the amenities at the Oyster Bay Resort offered the best of both worlds; private quiet villa and beach with access to the restaurants, concierge service, infinity pool, and snorkeling gear from the resort plus maid service daily. Several times they arranged transportation for us. We loved the Dawn Beach location and found the people in Sint Maarten to be very friendly and helpful. Corinne was extremely helpful and responsive which was a plus in planning the trip to a new destination. We have been to many vacation rentals and I highly recommend Corinne\'s Villa. Hopefully we will return to this one!
