Description

I just finished building a dream vacation home in 2018. You MUST call Chris 617-212-1719 if you are interested. I insist on talking to the people who are going to rent my home.

I installed a new heated in ground 16' x 32' pool with 9' spa. This has a few different water features: waterfall spill over, night swimming lights, and deck jets that shoot a stream of water 4' into the air. Everyone goes to the Cape for the beach. I'm located 1 mile away from Seagull Beach. But when you come home from the beach there is plenty of space for kids to go and hang out while you make lobsters or get dinner ready on the Weber grill.  This house was made for relaxation and enjoyment.  The cabana is situated behind the pool in the back yard and has an arcade style video game (with over 1100 games) and an 8' pool table that will keep the kids busy by day; and adults entertained at night. There is a LGTV 55" flat screen TV with plenty of seating.

The house is huge. It sleeps 16 with 1 bunk room, 3 king bedrooms and 2 bedrooms/loft that can EITHER be a king or 2 twins XLs. The living room has seating for 10 people on the most lovely, comfortable sectional couch ever (snuggle right in for a family movie). The Master suite is exclusively located on the second floor with private balcony, bath, shower, and sitting area. A good place to retreat for some quiet time on the chaise lounge couch reading. The 2 king rooms have dressers and TVs. The bunk room has 2 full-over-full bunk beds that sleep 8 kids, but more than comfortable enough for 4 adults. All furniture is high end and durable. All bedrooms have TVs (except loft). Linens: SHEETS & BATH TOWELS are provided. (NO LUGGING sheets and towels from home if you rent this house). House also has oversized Washer/Dryer for laundry maintenance.

We worked hard to open up the floor plan to maximize family interaction. The outside deck is awesome with furniture for comfortable seating and dining.

Very nice place for 2 families!

We were 2 families in this house for a full week, and the layout was perfect to accommodate all of us. The house is located near the beaches and the various attractions of the region. Moreover, it is located in a very quiet and nice place. The yard is large and very well appointed. The presence of a swimming pool is a very important asset that enhanced our stay. We are very satisfied and recommend this house for a family holiday.

Perfect for two families; All the ammenities.

We had an amazing week with two full size families in this home!! The layout of the home lends to privacy as well as socializing and entertaining. The home was fully equipped to cook in or out. We spent a large portion of the week just swimming in the beautiful inground pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing outdoor games in the large yard and socializing around the deck. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Home was clean and well maintained. We would definetely recommend to a friend!!

Outstanding rental for families!

This house exceeded my expectations from the pictures. We were 10 people but never felt we were bumping into one another. The house was fully stocked down to paper products. Our 4 teenagers had a blast in the bunk bed dorm. Living room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom next to the kitchen is handicapped accessible with a shower bench, grab bars on the walls and hand held shower. Access to the house were a low step at front door and two low steps inside, perfect for seniors. The backyard was a jewel with plenty of room for activities. Kids took over the pool house and made that their hangout. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Bedrooms had room darkening curtains on them. Suggestons: It would be helpful to have mirrors either on the wall or back of doors in the bedrooms next to the living room. It would free up bathroom for showering. Also, toilet next to kitchen was continually running. May need attention. Thanks for a very memorable vacation home. It was close to many stores, restaurants and actibities.

Pristine so much to do at the house. The kids loved it during the day. Then man cave at night.

Beds were brand new. Quality linens large gathering areas. Great deck. Plenty of lounge chairs for the beach. Great family experience.

Happy we chose a house with a pool even though we spent many days at the beach.

We were very happy with our rental house. I wanted a pool and our 7 older grandchildren were in the pool every day. Even on days that we were at the beach, they showered off the sand in the outside shower and jumped into the pool when we got back. The large yard was also a plus for kicking around a soccer ball or playing with frisbies. The pool house was great when the kids needed a break from the pool. It also gave the adults some adults only time in the house. The house was big enough that we never felt crowded in spite of the fact that we had 8 adults and 8 children. Grocery shopping was close so it was convenient to run out to pick up groceries when they were needed. Many great restaurants within 30 minutes of West Yarmouth. Very convenient to Hyannis which has many cool shops and a JFK museum which was worth the nominal fee. We took the ferry out of Falmouth to Martha\'s Vineyard. It was a third of the cost of the ferry out of Hyannis. We went whale watching out of Barnstable which was awesome and the guys hired a fishing boat, the Anne B, in Dennis. We also hired a photographer, Michelle Kaye, out of Dennis to take family pictures at Sesuit Beach. All in all it was a great vacation.
