Complimentary wifi is provided along with cable tv in each bedroom and the living room. This condo even has in unit laundry!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!


Beautiful and clean condo. Fully equipped. Perfect location. Short walk to beach across the street and beautiful view of the bay from balcony overlooking the pool. Publix next door. Melissa responded to my questions promptly. I would recommend using a posey grip under sofa cushions to keep them from slipping. Master toilet needs new flush handle. Would stay here again if we’re in the area!

Well located with beautiful view of the Intercostal from the balcony. Well equiped condo with walking distance from beach, grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants. Easy communications and quick answers from the owner. Things we did: Beach, beach beach, pool, BBQ, walk to the different stores, visit JohnsPass and saw Dolphins, a day at Fort DeSoto Park (incredible beach!!), eat at Willy\'s Burger and Booze at StPete Beach and have a ice cream to Super Scoop)

Absolutely Amazing


Our stay was absolutely amazing, we were pleasantly surprised the unit we rented was clean, decorated as seen in photo\'s (perfect and homey) , had everything we needed. The owner\'s were quick to reply to any questions that we had prior to our arrival. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one, we are looking forward to our next stay.

A definite find


Kitchen was fully equipped, pots/pans, dishes, glasses. Abundant towels, beach chairs, dvds, books, magazines etc. Love the beach theme decorations. Pool was clean and beach not far away. Would recommend without hesitation. Owner very accommodating. Only issue was the fact that the front of the building is under construction, but it really didn\'t interfere with our stay. Having Publix next door was so convenient. Great for a family stay. Renters and other condo owners friendly and helpful.
