Boca is a quiet little village, close to beaches and family-friendly activities; nightlife,restaurants; dining in 10m drive. Dive rental in walkin distance. Other Dive schools in 10m drive.
You’ll love it because of the outdoors space & the ambiance.
Karko is good for couples & families. Within 5min walking distance there a mini market. Restaurants at the beach open in the weekends. The airport a 25min drive away. Electra &water incl. in price. Car rental is recommended.
 
The space
Electricity and water included in price. The price is based on 4 persons.The apartments are convenient enough for up to 6 persons. An extra fee will be charged for extra guests.
Children are welcome to stay free up till 3 years of age.
 
Guest access
Although there is some public transport in the area, it would be more convenient for guests to rent a car
 
Other things to note
It is not allowed to invite guests to sleep over. If guests want to have someone over, this should be mentioned to the host upfront. An additional fee will be charged. Guests are expected to keep the property and surroundings clean.

This is a nice and cosy placy with a relaxing garden near to beaches and diving possibilitys. Alex the manager is always there to cater to al your needs.

EXCELENT STAY!


EXCELENT STAY! I have been there for one week. The location is central. 5-10 minutes from the city. The rooms are very Good!! And a pleasant garden with a view on the sea. ST. Michiel beach is 2 minutes away from the appartement. And there is a guy, Alex, who Will welcome you. Super Good place...

Big space having two bedrooms! good if you stay for a while and grocery store close by. I rented a car and it was perfect. Parking on site, WIFI worked fine, a beach in walking distance as well. Finding the place was hard be sure to look for their gate. Alex who works onsite is absolutely great, super friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. I would not pay over $200 to stay at a fancy hotel, this place is worth the value, get a car and go see the island! Thanks again

ivy\'s place was peaceful. Mr.Orlando and Ms.Anky was amazing help. ivy communicated with us continuously and was extremely helpful our whole stay. the only issue we had was the mosquitos but even then that wasn\'t much of an issue for me! i would definitely stay here again!
