You’ll love it because of the outdoors space & the ambiance. The studio is great for couples & solo adventurers. Within 5min walking distance there a mini market. Restaurants at the beach open in the weekends. The airport a 25min drive away. Electra &water incl.in price
 
The space
Electricity and water incl in price.The studio is furnished with the basics, a bed for 2 persons, a small desk and chair. A small refrigerator, a microwave and a television. There is a private bathroom. There is airconditioning. A single bed can be added for a extra guest. A fee of $10 will be charged.
 
Guest access
There is a nice shady seating area outside. A small playground for children.
 
Other things to note
Its best to rent a car. Public transportation is on a regular schedule, Alex can do transportation for a fee, but only if he is not occupied.

Apartment like described. It’s a quiet place with a nice garden and close to a beach and restaurants. There is a Minimarket you can reach by foot or a short drive to the Centrum Supermarket. WiFi works stable. Even your room gets cleaned twice a week, including the change of towels and beddings. I had a great stay and would highly recommend Ivy’s place.

This place was even nicer than it looked online! Ivy and her manager were helpful with doing anything I needed. Close to two nice turquoise beaches which are in my opinion better than the more populated and pricy spots. The cleaning lady comes often and if there was a problem with my room she was ready to assist. Simple room and a great price!!

Great Stay!


Ivy’s place is comfortable and spaceous. We had everything we needed for the amount we paid so this stay was a good value for money. The service was quick and good, all questions and smaller issues were solved immediately. The garden was very relaxing and we often had our breakfast there. We rented a car for a few days and the other days we used the public transport system, which was perfect and easy, either there was a bus coming or a minivan, we didn’t care any schedule since it was accessible very often on the main road. Also we enjoyed walking to Sami boka beach, and following the hiking trail even further, we arrived at Kokomo beach by foot, total of 45 min, with amazing views along the hills. Overall a relaxing and adventurous stay, totally recommended!

Great location


Better than expected. The studio was very spacious and clean and the host is committed to provide you a comfortable stay. Only downside were the barking dogs in the middle of the night which woke us up many times, and that the cohost at the place doesn’t speak another language except for Spanish. All in all the price is right
