LOVE Villas is a three story building with three two bedroom, two bath Villas located right on the beach.

The first floor is the Turtle Villa, which is just 9 steps down to the beach and amazing views of the turquoise water.

The second floor is the Seahorse Villa, which has spectacular view of the ocean where you can easily spot the sea life from your veranda.

The third floor is the Angelfish Villa with stunning penthouse views of the entire island from every room. No other property on the island can offer this view of the diverse ocean life.

Each Villa has two master suites with king beds separated by a great room.The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and the living room features a wall of pocketing sliding glass doors that open on to your private veranda. Each room of the Villas has their own separate climate control. For your convenience a washer and dryer is located in each villa. The patio provides a common lounge area where you can relax and also enjoy your own barbecue. Four bicycles are provided to each Villa so you can explore the island at your own leisure.

Amazing!!!


I just returned from a vacation at Love Villas and all the reviews are true! It really is as beautiful as the pictures. The villas and everything in them are of high quality and you can\'t beat the location or the amazing views. And, just as others have commented, what made it even better are the owners, Richard and Yohamna. Richard was attentive and responsive from my very first email. I was also impressed with the fact that even though he and Yohamna left for vacation the day after I arrived, his level of responsiveness did not falter. Richard assured me that although he would have someone looking out for us while he was away, I shouldn\'t hesitate to contact him if I needed anything. And, as much as I hated bothering them while on their vacation, I did have a few questions that came up, and sure enough, Richard was prompt to get back to me. Thank you Richard and Yohmna for providing such an amazing experience! I look forward to visiting again in the future. P.S. I hope you\'re enjoying your vacation as much I enjoyed mine!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay


These villas truly have every convenience that you can think of! Richard has thought of absolutely everything. There are so many little extras like binoculars and \"to go\" insulated cups along with the paddle boards and beach chairs/umbrellas that really made it feel so comfortable. Our visit was definitely during a slower season, but we found much to explore and plenty of time to relax so it was just perfect! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Island Paradise


Love Villas is everything we could ask for and more. Situated on a beautiful stretch of beach, panoramic views and stunning sunsets were wonderful. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything one could need. Beds are very comfortable; ample towels, beach toys, just about everything one could need. The most friendly and laid back island; excellent restaurants, wonderful rum punch. Oh, and the local lobster is plentiful, cheap, and utterly delicious. Richard was so helpful in answering our questions, and his beautiful wife gave us the grand tour of the island and made sure everything was perfect in our villa. The only thing missing in the villa was a guest book in which to record our wonderful memories and experiences for those coming after to enjoy. We highly recommend this place, and hope to be back. It\'s hard not to fall head over heels in love with Grand Turk and Love Villas!

Amazing


Have a hard time thinking you can find anything nicer on the island. Property was impeccable and came stocked with staple food items upon arrival as well as above and beyond stocked condo. The electric vehicle is a real plus as you could go exploring or out for meals whenever you wanted without relying on other transportation. The owners are a dream and meet you at the airport for a tour of the island as well as taking you to the condo. Not only do they take you back on your departure but they go in with you to make sure you get checked in without problems. Fantastic host added to this phenomenal trip. Highly recommend.

Turtles and Stingrays and Whales, Oh My!


If you have a Bucket List, insert Love Villas in Position 1). We stayed with 4 people in The Angelfish Villa for 8 nights and we LOVED every moment of our stay. Everything about these Villas is turn key and Five Star. We were impressed with the photographs we saw online, but nothing could come close to the real thing. Grand Turk provides the perfect backdrop for these amazingly spacious, well appointed villas. Richard and Johamna have thought of absolutely everything. All of the furniture, inside and out was outstandingly comfortable, all of the finishes and fixtures were immaculate, and perhaps it was the sea air, but we slept better here, than we do at home. who am I kidding, it was definitely the phenomenal king sized beds and maybe a few cocktails. We started our days with coffee on the open balcony, from which we saw and photographed a mind blowing amount of Sea-Life: Eagle Rays, Sting Rays, Humpback Whales and Green Sea Turtle were only the beginning of what Grand Turk had in store for us. For those who crave adventure, the grand Turk wall is a swim or paddle away and provides snorkelling to rival any site in the world (boat excursions also available). To try to explain the feeling of crossing into the great blue abyss beyond the wall would not come close to doing it justice. The complimentary GEM Car provided to each unit was the icing on the cake. We had no issue navigating the island on a full charge, and the convenient built in lock boxes made it easy to navigate the hidden beaches and endless sites and vistas that the island provides with all of our supplies in-tow. The island is gorgeous, the people are wonderful and Love Villas is a getaway from the everyday that can\'t be missed. Thanks Richard and Yohamna! From Di, Brent, Steph and Teague.
