A great time to vacation on Cape Cod. Fall weeks available for 2020 . Simply wonderful year round rental awaits your rest and relaxation in So. Yarmouth (Bass River Area) and is a 10 minute walk to warm water beaches on Nantucket Sound. This home is located on a child friendly street that is quiet and private. The lot has a large  back yard, which is fenced in on the back and on both sides. This home is located .05 mi. from the Parker River Beach,. 06 mi. to the Sea View Beach and .75 mi. to the Bass River Beach and Boat Launch (Smugglers Beach).This Ranch style home has two bedrooms, one bath and comfortably sleeps five. This home is fully appliance, has hardwood floors, wall to wall carpeting and a walk out Cape Cod style porch with wicker furniture. Additional features are; this house is within walking distance to area shopping centers ,has three local  golf courses, restaurants, gym, Bass River Fun Park, boat and kayak rentals, fishing and ocean sea tours. We just love it here and so will you!!!!!!

Linens Towels and Rentals: Linens, towels and bed making services are available through Essential Rentals.  Also available are baby essentials such as cribs and strollers, bikes, and kayaks.  Anyone wishing to use this service can call Essential Rentals or order online. These items are delivered to the house on the date that you request. 
 
About Yarmouth: Yarmouth is one of the oldest towns on Cape Cod and was incorporated in 1637.The town is made up of four communities, each part having a different flavor about it. Yarmouth has 15 fresh and salt water beaches.  The Home is located in South Yarmouth or the Bass River Area which you will find some of the Cape Cods finest Beaches overlooking Nantucket Sound. South Yarmouth offers shopping, entertainment and many family type restaurants. The Bass River is the largest Tidal River on the eastern seaboard and divides Yarmouth and Dennis. The river can be explored by Kayak or Charter Boats. Yarmouthport is located on Rt. 6a and is a community of antique shops, fine restaurants and lovely sea captain homes. West Yarmouth is noted for having many activities for families to enjoy ( InflatableWater Park, Miniature Golf, Whydah Pirate Museum, Wild Animal Lagoon to name a few.).

Summer Rates are $750 to $1500 per week June-September.This is a Sat. to Sat. weekly rental.On Line Pay payment.Fee 4.2%.
Off Season rates are $575 per week  November Through April.Holiday vacation weeks are $750 per week. 3 day weekday rates are $100 per day and week ends and holidays are $125 per day, and a cleaning fee of $55 will be added.

Very nice and clean property not far from the beach


Nice place to stay for 2-4 people. Good deck, relatively large kitchen and living room. 15 min on foot from the beach. Not far from a variety of eateries, shops, etc. Recommended.

Great Cape Getaway


My husband and I had a great week at Keith’s place! Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. The house was very clean and stocked with everything! We loved the outdoor shower and enjoyed relaxing on the porch and in the hammock. We had two friends visit for a night and had plenty of room for the four of us. Would definitely recommend for a Cape vacation!

End of summer get away


My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Keith’s and Lynn’s home. The house was very clean, and nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to many beaches, restaurants, and shops. Everything you need for cooking and outdoor activities is on site. The outdoor shower is fabulous. We have already reserved our stay for Labor Day week next year.

Cozy and perfect


We love this place! It’s our second year in a row renting here and we plan to go back. The house is perfect for the two of us and is in a great location relative to everything we need. Keith is always readily available and has been prompt with answering any questions. I would highly recommend!

50 Holly Lane


50 Holly Lane is a wonderful cozy cottage just minutes from the beach and local shopping, restaurants, breweries and wineries. We had all the amenities we needed, the horseshoe pits were a lot of fun and the hammock was a great place to relax. Looking forward to going back in the future!
