AND MOST OF ALL LESS EXPENSIVE THAN MOST ANYPLACE.

Luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home on a 1/2 acre wooded lot. This Lake Harmony Estates location is a beautiful home, with an out door wrap around deck, which includes a 6 person hot tub,outdoor bar set and table set and gas grill. The king  size master bedroom features a marble steam shower and 46' flat screen tv. The main level features a full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and modern appliances. Kitchen looks out to our great room with large dining and living area with 46' flat screen smart tv and a wood burning fireplace. The house has central air, cable and wireless. At the entry level are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed with a full size on bottom bunk and the other with two sets of bunk beds (and a pull out bed). There is a game area with a  pool table, professional foosball table, 46 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa. The house is about 1 mile to Big Boulder and 3 miles to Jack Frost ski resorts. It is a 10 minute walk - 2 minute drive - to the beach on the lake, which also has volley ball. Tennis court access is included.Split Rock Resort is only a mile away which features a water park, movie theater, bowling alley and a marina where they rent kayaks. LINENS AND/OR TOWELS CAN BE SUPPLIED BY A SERVICE FOR A SMALL REASONABLE FEE. MOST GUESTS DO NOT WANT THIS, SO I DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST IN THE CHARGES. BUT YOU CAN GET EITHER OR BOTH FOR A REASONABLE FEE. PLEASE CHECK WITH OWNER ABOUT THIS.

Great house for ski trip with friends


Two families renting for a short ski trip. Spacious house with great common areas and plenty of bedrooms for kids and adults. Very convenient to Big Boulder and Jack Frost. Close by groceries, ski rentals - whatever you need or forgot to bring.

Relaxing Poconos Retreat


Our family (2 adults, 1 child, 1 dog) had a great stay at this house in Lake Harmony which was definitely big enough to house another family or two. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and foosball table daily and took advantage of the close proximity to Hickory Run State Park for many hikes. The house was also quite close to Split Rock Resort where we were able to run along the lake on lesser travelled roads.

Fantastic family vacation


The property was clean and quiet. The house is HUGE and there was plenty of room for my large multi-generational family. Everyone had an amazing time and we look forward to our next gathering there.

Surprise party weekend


I rented this home to throw a surprise 40th birthday party for my girlfriend. We had 14 guests total and everyone loved the house. It was clean and cozy and had something for everyone (fireplace, pool table, hot tub, etc.). The owner (Barry) was incredibly helpful with coordinating the surprise. He gave me restaurant recommendations and offered to let my guests park in another property nearby so she wouldn\'t see all the cars parked at the house. He even text me over the weekend to see how the surprise went. I can\'t thank him enough for his hospitality and for making her bday so special. We made some amazing memories this weekend and we\'re already talking about renting from Barry again in the future.
