Renovated End Unit Town House located in the Big Boulder Resort. This house can also be rented combined with the unit next to it (which we also own - here is the listing. for both houses, which has many more five star reviews.  House is just a few  minutes walk to the Big Boulder slopes. In summer the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. Wonderful end unit town house with 3 bedrooms with loft with foosball, 2 full bathrooms, Hot tub,  jacuzzi bath tub, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, gas fireplace, modern kitchen, and all the comforts you could want. House is end unit in a 4 unit group of townhouses and has a heavy duty fire door connecting it by the dining area to the next unit, so that it is possible to rent the two houses together. 
 
In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

Fantastic house


I am in my fourth year of medical school in Philadelphia, and some friends and I needed a place to get away for a couple of days. Excuse my pun, but this Townhouse was just what the doctor ordered. The house checked off all our boxes - modern kitchen, cozy fireplace with comfy couches, great beds and a beautiful view out back. There was plenty to do in the area, but most of us just relaxed and enjoyed each other\'s company. House is as advertised and is highly recommended.

Hard to believe


I could not believe it when I heard that Big Boulder slopes were open already. It is one of my favorite places to go since it is such a short drive from NYC, is reasonably priced and usually has great conditions. I came across this Townhouse by chance and the price was right and the location in the Big Boulder community was perfect. My family and some friends of my kids all had a great time skiing and snow tubing, and we all were able to retire to a very cozy house at the end of our long day. We loved the gas fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. Owner provided very helpful information on getting discount ski passes and things to do in the area. This house deserved 5 stars, and more.

Perfect getaway


This townhome was perfect for our two families. The boys loved the loft and made it into their ‘man cave’, while the girls enjoyed the bunk beds. The kitchen and living room area worked out great for family meals and game nights. Being minutes away from skiing was the cherry on top. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were pleased with the property.


The property has a great location, just minutes away from JFBB. The townhouse was comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was very quick to respond to inquiries. We also enjoyed hiking at Hickory Run State Park and shopping at The Crossings Outlet. Would love to visit again and would recommend this home.
