THE PROPERTY
The Neapolitan Vacation Rentals is NEWLY REMODELED TASTE OF NAPLES MINUTES FROM THE BEACH!  There are touches of modern and Naples coastal heritage, at this VERY PRIVATE, relaxing, family-friendly corner lot property that HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. GREAT POOL, TOTAL PRIVACY, AND ONLY A SHORT WALK to THE BEACH. The home was recently updated at the beginning of 2017 with all new furniture and was also recently painted. Bedrooms consist of comfortable sleeping, including a sleeper sofa in the private den. This southern exposure property boasts a private pool that will surely be a highlight of your trip. Generously sized, the pool is perfect for large families. The outdoor area features seating and lounging, as well as a new BBQ gas grill, perfect for a cookout. This coastal gem also features a very open layout, perfect for large or multiple families. Enjoy the dining and kitchen areas, perfect for home-cooked meals. The rental is located on the premier "500 block" of Naples Park, which is considered the best location in the area due to its proximity to Vanderbilt Beach. 
 
CLEANING PROTOCOL
Here at Naples Florida Vacation Homes, we not only professionally manage our vacation rentals, we professionally clean them too! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we’ve upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we’re doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here’s what other measures we’re taking:
 
- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rentals, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
 
- We’re providing extra cleaning supplies in the rentals if you want to do some extra cleaning upon your arrival. Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
 
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered off-site in our own commercial laundry facility which we control. We’re using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
 
- Just to be overly cautious, our team has been instructed to limit in-person contact with all guests. We’ve switched to video chats and phone calls!

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10 am.
- No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
 
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome gift basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started.  Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Several copies of our vacation guide are provided to give you ideas on places you can enjoy visiting while in Naples.  Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink.  The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.
 
Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included.  Cleaning Supplies Also, while there is generally a broom, dustpan, and vacuum available at each vacation rental, we do not provide cleaning supplies and cleaning tools at our vacation rentals. Your vacation rental will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  Mid-stay cleans can be arranged through our office for an additional charge.
 
Bed Linens
A set of sheets, pillows, and a bedspread is provided for each and every bed in your vacation rental. When you arrive, the bed will be nicely made up of commercially laundered linens. We do not provide a second set of sheets or extra blankets. Most properties come with two pillows per person per bed (variances do occur from time to time and are not guaranteed). The blankets on the beds provide adequate warmth for most visitors on the vast majority of days in Naples. On occasion, you may also find additional blankets folded on the shelves in the closets. Guests are encouraged to make use of blankets already in the property or purchase or bring their own extra blankets to suit their own comfort.  
 
Towels
One bath towel, one beach/pool towel, and one washcloth are provided for each guest in accordance with the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental unit. One bath mat and one hand towel are provided per bathroom. For the kitchen, two kitchen towels, washcloths, and oven mitts are provided in each rental.   Sleeper Sofa Linens If you are renting a property that has a full or queen-sized sleeper sofa, we will provide a sleeper sofa pack that includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a quilted blanket.  The beds have plenty of pillows so please grab a pillow from a nearby bedroom for use on the sleeper sofa.
 
Change of Linens
Every vacation rental comes with a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to launder linens themselves in the unit. Additional linens or a change of linens are available by request and at an additional charge.  
 
Kitchen Gear
Our kitchens are equipped with a variety of items generally used for simple everyday light meal preparation. Small appliances will always include a coffee maker and a toaster. Some of our owners provide additional small appliances like an electric kettle for boiling water and a blender. If there is something additional you would like to have please purchase it yourself. If you don’t want to take it home with you, leave a note on it and our team will gladly donate it to a resale shop that supports a local charity.

Terms & Conditions

When you book your reservation all calendars across numerous vacation rental websites will show the property booked and unavailable. At that point, prospective guests are no longer able to inquire about or book reservations for those same dates. Also, because our vacation rentals offer a terrific value in comparison to alternative hotel accommodations in our market, we thank you for your understanding of our strict no cancellation policy. Regardless of circumstance (i.e.: inclement weather both at home or here in Naples, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason), MANAGER has a strict NO REFUND upon cancellation policy.
 
To avoid the worries of cancellation, or trip interruption, for added protection and peace of mind, GUEST may purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance through us at the time of reservation at its own expense (7.65% of total amount of reservation or may be increased to insure additional travel related expenses). Insurance is provided by CSA, a trusted and respected name in the travel industry. Due to licensing, Trip Cancellation & Interruption insurance is available only to citizens and residents of the USA and must be booked at the time of booking. Though there is an additional cost, travel insurance is a great way to protect your vacation investment. Guests may also increase their coverage and insure other travel related expenses as well. Additional insurance is available at a rate of 7.65% of the total charges or amount of coverage elected by the guest.
Guests who waive the Trip Cancellation Insurance accept MANAGER’s No Refund upon cancellation policy, regardless of circumstance (i.e.: inclement weather either at home or at destination, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason).

Fantastic spacious home within walking distance to the beach


We loved everything about this house. The location, the finishes, the kitchen contents, tile and bamboo flooring and spacious feel. We did not \'swim\' in the pool, but thoroughly enjoyed the south facing pool area. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. We also appreciate that it was pet friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Great house. Great location. Very clean. Easy walk to Vanderbilt beach. Well equipped. Company was very helpful with baby equipment. Would definitely recommend.

House as described


The house was as described. A longer walk to the beach than expected. The house was not secure. No way to lock sliding glass doors. Also we weren\'t expecting pool attendant to service pool and came right in the pool area without notice. (we were sunbathing). Also the televisions were old. Cable did not have basic ESPN. Not usually an issue but during March Madness it would be nice to watch a game!

Fabulous Stay!


This was an annual girls trip. We stayed close to the beach for the first time and thoroughly loved it. We were also thrilled the house had a pool, but next time we will pay the extra to have it heated as it was still chilly. The home was wonderful as it met our needs to accommodate 6 women. Very roomy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fact it had several bikes to ride and plenty of beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and the lani was nice to be able to get out of the sun and enjoy conversations with everyone. We loved our stay and would go back again as it worked out perfectly for us.

Good Location!


Very good location, very clean and well maintained Television not too good, did not work in main room. Missing locks for bicycles and some better umbrellas for the beach. Otherwise all very good, would rent again.
