Coco is an elegant and luxurious four bedroom, four bathroom townhouse situated in landscaped tropical gardens located at Mullins Bay, just a 3 minute walk from the world famous Mullins Beach on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados.
 
Completed to the highest standard with many coral stone features the house incorporates; air conditioning throughout, marble floors and vanities in the bathrooms and a superbly equipped Miele kitchen with granite countertops.
 
Coco has been interior designed to the highest standard by the award winning Jenny Blanc Interiors, London. The house has an airy tropical feel and exudes charm and sophistication. The spacious terrace and nearby trees provide plenty of shade. Three of the bedrooms have terraces overlooking the pool area.
 
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with en suite bathrooms and built in wardrobes and safes. Each bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into twins.
 
The large outdoor terrace comprises a dining and seating area ideal for entertaining. The garden leads out to a large communal free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall. A short stroll takes you down to the Royal Westmoreland beach club and restaurant which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. You will be provided with complimentary towels, luxury sun-loungers and umbrellas as well as waiter service. Watersports are also available. Membership of Sugar Hill is also included with Coco. A 10 minute drive takes you to this wonderful development with fantastic views overlooking the Caribbean. You will have access to complimentary tennis and the use of an infinity pool.  Restaurant and bar available. World class golf is also available locally at Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane.
 
The development is gated and has 24 hour security. All in all every possible detail has been taken care of so that you and your family can relax and enjoy a holiday to remember.

Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.

Additional Rate details

Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.A security deposit of $1,000 US is required.
Subject to 7.5% VAT.
Please note effective January 1st 2020, VAT will be 10%.
Bookings will be subject to a 3.75% Room Rate Levy. Capped at US $17.50 per bedroom, per night.
1.5% Service charge added to all bookings.

I would highly recommend


My husband and our 5 adult children stayed at Coco for a week. It exceeded my expectations. The villa is clean and pretty and was perfect for our family. The two 20 year old boys stayed in the ground floor room, which is not as nice as the other 3 rooms, as it doesn\'t have a terrace, but they didn\'t mind. The master bedroom is on the third floor with a big beautiful bathroom and terrace. The other two bedrooms on the second floor with terraces. All with bathrooms. The rental includes a housekeeper, Jenice, who is lovely and helpful and made life easy for us in general. She did our laundry and cleaned daily. The cook, Mina, was fabulous. Our best meals were at the villa. We usually had her cook breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Her chicken curry and flying fish were a hit with everyone. Mullins Bay Resort is really just a walled in community with a gym and beach access. Not a typical \"resort\", although they do provide access to two nearby resorts, neither of which we visited. We shared a big pool with the 4 other villas in our cluster, but rarely saw anyone else there. Chairs and towels provided on the beach. The beach, which is public, has a great restaurant and any activities you might want (jet skis, paddle boards, glass bottom boat, etc.). I would highly recommend the villa and the area to anyone visiting Barbados, provided that you like the quieter part of the island (which we do). You can take the public bus (which is an adventure in and of itself) or a taxi anywhere you want to go. And if brave, rent a car and drive. Be sure to visit Huntes Gardens and the Wildlife Preserve (money feeding at 2 pm).

Perfect Location...


We were extremely pleased with our stay. Coco is a beautiful spot. Location is perfect. Meena and Nyree (staff at Coco) were fantastic in all regards and really went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. No complaints whatsoever. And of course, Barbados is definitely our favourite destination in the Caribbean

Good afternoon, We rented Coco house last week (April 23 -28) for the second time and this note is just to let you know we really appreciated our stay and particularly Mina’s services as well as Nyree’s. Mina is a very nice person, helpful, always smiling and her cooking is very good. Nyree appeared a little more shy but she was helpful and did her job nicely. We just thought we would let you know our appreciation.
