The space
Guests can use the pool house and it doubles as the third bedroom. The house has a modular design, so guests have their own private space in each bedroom.

Beautiful home


Our stay in Lynn\'s beautiful home truly exceeded our expectations. The pictures don\'t do it justice but this spot is incredible! It is conveniently located but feels miles away from the rest of Provo. We rented a car and it was very easy to get into town for grocery shopping, going to the beach and other activities. It is secluded, quiet and you\'ll wake up with gentle ocean breezes off the veranda. The villa is beautiful, spacious and well-appointed inside and out and provides everything you need for your stay including beach gear, but the views out to the ocean and the sunset are the very best part. From the bedroom veranda to the resort-quality pool, to the steps down into your own private swimming cove (which is warm and shallow when the sea is calm) and sunset patio, there\'s no spot that doesn\'t provide an amazing vista and the sunsets will blow you away. If you are looking to get away from it all and truly relax, this is the place. We were honored to by Lynn\'s first Airbnb guests and we hope to return again soon to this magical place!

Most Gorgeous


This property is by far the most gorgeous I\'ve ever seen in TCI - it is paradise beyond paradise and an experience like no other. We have seen a lot of other villas in the same area - NOTHING COMPARES. Selassie is an incredible host and makes your stay smooth and comfortable. Endless amenities. Perfect location. Cannot say enough about this magical place.

Great Location!


Booked for 6 nights but left after the first night. The place wasn\'t cleaned after the previous guests left, and this was during the Covid pandemic. I.e. pubic hair on the toilet, hair in the shower/bath, glass marks on tables etc.. Very gross, we had to clean/wipe on the first night after arriving The place is rundown and needs some fixing: old cushions, leaking roof, cobweb, broken taps, murky pool etc It is a villa with a lot of potential, each room has amazing ocean view. The layout of the house sets it up for a great experience, very private and cozy. My kids found a huge crab by the pool house, that entertained them for a good 2 hours.

Absolutely wonderful!


Our stay was absolutely wonderful! I was initially hesitant to book due to the lack of reviews and the stellar value but I’m so glad that we booked! It is a newer listing thus the lack of more reviews. The property itself is in a perfect location and is nice and private, right on the edge of the water. The place was clean as was the pool. The kitchen has every amenity you could hope for including a KitchenAid stand mixer and high-end appliances. The Wi-Fi strength is excellent which made working remotely/taking video conference calls quite easy. Selassie was always very responsive to any question we had and had some great recommendations of things to do on the island. One of the other reviewers mentioned the captain in the guest house across the way. We found him delightful and rarely saw him except when we were leaving the house. If anything it made us feel at ease because he had a couple of guard dogs so we felt very safe at all times. The views of the ocean from every room in the house are stunning. We will certainly be back and this time with friends !

Selassie’s home is magnificent!


Selassie’s home is magnificent! The 180 degree views of Chalk Sound cannot be beat! The home has many wonderful amenities including a full kitchen for cooking which we used quite a bit. The open air feel of the house surrounded by screens to prevent mosquitoes from entering were key. The house does not have AC, but we found it to be quite pleasant with the windows open and fans on. The grounds of this property are amazing with lush greens, palms and tons of flowers! The pool and pool house are amazing as we spent many days relaxing by the pool. There are stairs into the ocean by the rocks which allow you to swim and float (just be careful of the jet ski’s off Sapodilla Bay driving by) the property is very private with neighbors pretty far away so it’s very quiet. Selassie had a masseuse come to the villa one day which was amazing! He is very accommodating and communicative. Captain Bill does live in the small house just behind the main house. He greeted us upon our arrival with rum punch and a smile. He has two dogs that are just delightful, but he was very quiet. Overall, the location and amenities were just what we wanted for our vacation. We will be back!
