About this space
Royale Manor is GOLD STANDARD CERTIFIED for your Co-Vid protection. It is a meticulous rancher located in an exclusive, quiet, residential neighborhood. A fully equipped SS kitchen and a shared laundry with W/D ensures the comforts of home.
Features a King in the Master bedroom and Queen in the second bedroom, both with AC. Private driveway w/ gate. The house is sparkling clean and is spacious. There is beach access nearby or enjoy the pool and hammock on a hot day. Close to town.
 
The space
An open floor plan with large living /dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar and lots of counter space, 2 door fridge, 4 burner stove with self cleaning oven and over the stove microwave completes the main area. All appliances are stainless steel; cookware, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and blender, as well as 5 gallons of Crystal drinking water are included. A 36,000 BTU air conditioner keeps the main area cool. The two bedrooms each have air conditioners, and the house has 5 overhead fans. This is the tropics! A 20 foot Internet tower and Apple TV( with Netflix) keeps you connected. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a safe in the closet, the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Ocean views, and located on a canal, Royale Manor is complete with a 41 ft. slip, with access to the ocean only a half block away. There is a shared laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board and clothes line for bathing suits and beach towels. You even have your own driveway with remote control gate and there is an alarm. While the main part of the house is a two bedroom house, there is a one bedroom cottage suite on the property. They both can be rented if two couples are travelling together. Why confine yourself to a hotel room when you can live beautifully with more space and amenities in a lovely home? This is an adult oriented property. Over the holidays we have a minimum two night stay.
 
Guest access
The yard, palapa, pool and BBQ are available for your enjoyment. There are lots of chairs and tables around, so that you can enjoy the outdoors. The laundry room is for the use of the staff predominantly, but we are happy to share, as long as the units are available for check-outs. There is a line for hanging bathing suits and beach towels (which are supplied). Bicycles can be rented for a nominal fee,
 
Other things to note
We are an ADULT ORIENTED PROPERTY so please follow the rules and respect us by not sneaking people in. We make our livelihood by renting space and because of the pool and the canal we don't accept children.
Our rates are based on two people, extra persons are charged 25.00 each per night. It will be embarrassing for us all when we have to charge you extra.
 
Don't swim in the canal due to crocodiles, but you can fish in it. There are iguanas that wonder through the property from time to time. Just ignore them, and they'll continue on their trek. Please don't encourage them, as they eat the plants. They can also turn on you.

Great!


Rita\'s place was great! We were there only for two nights because of a work trip, but it was everything we needed. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Rita provided us with very thorough instructions on how to get around Corozal and Belize.

Awesome.....


The Casita is absolutely beautiful! Some of the highest quality building and furnishings we\'ve seen in the whole country! The location is a just a couple minutes out of town conveniently located right near a huge 24hr market. Rita was an amazing host, able to answer any question we had and she \"has a guy\" for anything you might need. The pool was AWESOME and she even has a little charcoal grill for a bbq. I wouldn\'t expect to be have a big party after dark, but it\'s perfect for a quiet, luxurious stay with secure parking and ample space to spread out.
