Gorgeous waterfront home on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. Lovely and purposefully furnished, great water views from the dining room and both terraces. This 1,442sq ft home sits on a 7,405sq ft lot at the end of canal in a quiet street, close to the beautiful Fort Myers Beaches.

The cottage has 2 separate units: The unit "BigBlue UP" on the 1st floor has 1.012  sqft. with living and dining room (seating for 6) and open kitchen. The master has a queen bed with adjoining bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed and a single bed, 1 guest toilet and a large terrace.

The second unit "BigBlue DOWN" with 430 sq ft. is located on the ground floor of the cottage with a living room and kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a terrace.

The cottage is ideal for 2 - 6 people. It offers TV with cable TV, free WiFi and 1 Harmon Kardon Onyx Mini Bluetooth speaker. The cottage includes a utility room with washing machine and dryer. These appliances can be used by guests. Parking for 2 vehicles.

If serenity and relaxation is what you seek, this cottage is for you! Wake up and walk out the door onto the canal or Ft. Myers Beach. Watch the dolphins swim while enjoying morning coffee.

BigBlue is an ideal base for shopping in the surrounding outlet centers (e.g. Tanger Outlet and Miromar Outlet), as well as Coconut Point in Estero Gulf Coast shopping center in Naples. Within quick reach are the beaches of Bonita Springs, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. Trips to Orlando and Miami as well as by boat to Key West are possible.

Bay View Serenity at Big Blue


We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Big Blue. Everything in the listing is as described from the excellent location just a few houses down within walking distance from beach access to the well stocked kitchen and comfortable, spacious living area. We appreciated and used the back-packable beach chairs and certainly enjoyed the morning and evening views from the deck overlooking the canal. A great value for that area! Book without hesitation.

Perfect Family Getaway


My family of four stayed at Big Blue over spring break 2021 and we all thought it was the perfect vacation. The house was clean and well laid out. It had plenty of outdoor space and we loved sitting in the deck at night overlooking the canal - it was super peaceful! We were a very short drive to Lover’s Key; Bonita Springs, and other attractions. We walked to the beach across the street virtually every day (we brought a collapsible wagon to carry beach chairs, cooler, etc). The beach was clean and not too crowded. I highly recommend this for your next vacation!
