Description

We welcome you to this beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located at Lake Berkley Resort. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout.
 
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
 
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom and also a TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.
 
There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
 
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
 
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. The sun reaches the deck mid-morning and remains there for the rest of the day. You will be able to watch beautiful sunsets.
 
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Easter and Christmas the rate is $995 plus tax per week.
Pool heat. if required , is $15 per night.
If less than 7 night rental the rate is $125 per night.

The villa was a perfect place for us.


This rental house was everything that we needed for our two weeks stay in Kissimmee. It was close to theme parks, certain attractions we attended, and many restaurants and stores were nearby. The house was very clean and because of the security, we felt safe. This place was exactly what we needed for my wife and I. Our daughter and grandsons joined us for a week. We all had a wonderful time and hoping to rent this place again next year!

This is the first time we rented a house for vacation and it was a great experience. We love the location of the villa as it it close to stores, restaurants, entertainment and Disney parks. The villa was clean and the pool was perfect for cooling down at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again if available the next time we visit Florida.
