The complex is a 3 floor Building with an elevator and ramp for wheelchairs.

Great apartment


Great apartment, large, clean, conveniently located. It also has beautiful roof with a pool and hot tub. It is very close to the beach and all restaurants. We had a great stay and Marisol is an excellent host, easy to reach and helpful. Hope to be back.

Great location. One block from the condo you will find city hall which hosts a lot of street vendors. Two blocks left from exiting the condo’s main entrance you will find the best taco “El Fogon” restaurant. Two blocks away there is also a good sea food “Los Culiados Mariscos” restaurant. Walmart is located 3 blocks away. We only cooked breakfast at the condo from food we bought at Walmart. Four blocks away (corner of Calle 10 and Avenida 10) I recommend you take your COVID test at Farmacias Del Ahorro $15. If you need transportation to the condo (under Papaya Plus) I recommend (Website hidden by Airbnb) and get the cheapest rate. If you rent a car I had a good experience with Driver Rent a Car (2 locations within walking distance). Beach was about 7 min walk. 5 minute walk to Quinta Avenida. For cheaper prices in food you can find them in Avenida 15 and Avenida 10. No noise at night so sleeping was good unlike many other places that are closer to Quinta Avenida. Condo has a small pool and jacuzzi, the 3 times we used it we were the only ones there. AC and ceiling fans worked perfect. We travel light so washer/dryer was good. Beds were comfortable. Private parking was provided. Because of the location I will look for this place again next time I go back to PDC.

wonderful time


We had a wonderful time. We spent so much time out and about, we barely had time to rest, but when we did we really enjoyed the place. My two girls had their own space and bathroom which was great because you know teenagers are slow. We loved the pool top (especially the jacuzzi) and we even got to do a little bit of cooking. The place was spacious and we got to enjoy the balcony, tune in to watch a bit Netflix before we crashed and wander the neighborhood at night for treats and snacks. The location was amazing! You could hear music at night but we were too tired to care. Because we’d get in so late we always wonder about food in the neighborhood was safe and a short walk away from the central area with all the food and shops. It was very easy to check in, we had no problem getting a taxi service to anywhere we wanted to go, everyone staying there was very friendly as we came and went each day, and Marisol was great with communicating and letting us know what was local for us to get into. We would definitely stay again!
