Large Beach House Just One House to the Beach for 8 Guests, Sleeps upto 10 plus 8 children under age 8.
You won’t want to leave our large beach house, just steps away from the 26th Ave Beach. The 2900 Sq. Ft. and a deck that stretches the length of the house for even more room to soak in the sun, the sounds of the surf, and the oceans breezes.
 
Relaxing views of Monterey Bay from decks, dining room, kitchen and from living room and master bedroom, both of which have vaulted ceilings. Living and dining rooms have gas fireplaces. Recline on the sofa, or the master suite’s king-size bed and enjoy the ocean view -sail boats by day,  colorful sunsets by evening.    
 
Walk the beach and explore the tide pools. Bring your water toys, there’s great surfing, boogie and skim boarding. Sit and watch the sea lions and otters in the nearby kelp beds, or  dolphins and whales as they go by. Enjoy our hot outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before jumping into the hot spa.
 
Ride one of our several bikes for a scenic bike tour along East Cliff Drive to Capitola or north through beaches, the harbor  and onto Santa Cruz. Remember to bring you helmets.

Amazing location at the beach


The house is in the perfect location, one house off the beach! They make the sleeping arrangement really flexible with making the beds into kings or twins. Lots of great additions to the house - bbq, ping pong tables, bikes, etc.

Beach Family Getaway


Our family had a great, relaxing stay at this Santa Cruz house. The location is great, one house away from the beach. It was great to walk down to the beach with our kids and be close to the house. The outdoor shower was also great for everyone to wash off from the beach (with warm water). The hot tub was great to enjoy after spending the day at the boardwalk and the beach with the kids. Owner and local property contact were very friendly and responsive.

We stayed here for a family wedding that was in Soquel. We had 4 different households (10 ppl) ranging in age from a 1 year old to 60 year olds. Overall the location can\'t be beat, it\'s a huge house and lots of room to spread out. The house is one in from a great beach and there are awesome views from the kitchen and living room. It\'s close to Capitola and was only 15 mins from the wedding venue. The only tiny minor comment is that there are lots of random rules posted throughout the house which seem a little overboard-- for example the bathtub drain has \"for owner use only\" written in sharpie marker. They also request that you wash 4 loads of towels upon check out which I have never seen at a, especially with a very hefty cleaning fee that seems like a big ask. Anyway, that aside it was awesome and highly recommend the house!

View was beautiful! Close to everything. Had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, etc. Totally worth the money. If I come back here again, I will look for this property.
