Description

We are pet friendly but there are pooch fees and a pet policy, got to "additional house rules".
 
Units 1 is half the double cabin you see on my other listings. Sleeps 4 with a private bedroom, bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchenette. Each have Wifi & Direct TV, outdoor grill & fire pit.
 
Just an FYI- there are many lakes around us, over 30 nearby but we ARE NOT lakefront property. We are open year round, if you like the outdoors this is the place to be.
 
The space
We actually have 4 cabin rentals that can accommodate up to 28 people. See other listings.
 
Guest access
From our facility you will have lake access. There is a public beach, a free canoe & kayak launch or you can rent them lakeside. Also on Blue Mt Lake you can rent motor craft like a pontoon boat, fishing or speed boats. Less than 1 mile away is a world class museum now known as "The Adirondack Experience the Museum on Blue Mt Lake". There are also many hiking trails near by Blue Mountain is one of the highest peaks in the Adirondacks. We provide trail maps. In winter, the NYS trail system comes right through our property if x-country skiing, snow shoeing and snowmobiling.
 
Other things to note
We are pet friendly. However there are "pooch fees" as follows: 1 dog- $15 per night for 2 nights or less, $10 per night 3 nights or more. 7 nights $50. 2 dogs- 1/2 the pooch fee rates for 2nd dog. Pooch fees are not included in the room rate and are additional.
 
Listed rates are prime season rates, off season rates are discounted 10-25%

Here is my pet fee policy:
$15 per night first two nights. $10 per night thereafter, max of $50 per week. 2nd dog in room half the first. Max pets per room 2. 
 
Housekeeping fees are a flat rate regardless of the length of stay.
 
I have a 2 night minimum, except on holiday weeks and in July & August. I have a 3 night minimum on the weekends. I don't know if your platform can be that specific but if you can please note.

I had a great time at Lenny and Boka\'s Blue Mountain Rest. This place was SO CLEAN. No detail was missed. It was beautifully decorated and really gave you the \"Adirondack feel\". The kitchen was fully stocked for easy meal cooking, the bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated and the cabins were nice and private. I highly recommend Blue Mountain Rest and am looking forward to visiting again.

Cute and cozy. Great location! It had pretty much everything we needed for our brief stay. The diner right across the street was a nice bonus too!
