Welcome to The Cozy Cactus. I couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to this captivating and recently renovated getaway – I'm confident you’ll find it as much a retreat as I do. For your stay, I’ve pulled out all the stops to make you feel at home. Come relax and enjoy!
 
Our community is 15 min away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and 3/4 mile walk to Empire Polo Grounds entrance. Within the gated community, you get full access to all the resort's amenities all year round.

- 3 spacious bedrooms with hospitality grade Helix mattresses, microfiber sheets, and plenty of cozy blankets and pillows

- 55” Smart TV in the living room with a Roku streaming stick for you to login to your own streaming services

Eat/Drink:
- Coffee: choose your brew method: Keurig, French press, or drip using our complimentary coffee grounds, sugar, tea, and creamer.
- Fully stocked kitchen and appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and blender, so you can get your Gordon Ramsey on in between nights out at Palm Springs.
- Basic spices and olive oil and an outdoor Traeger grill with complimentary pellets. Plus our knives are sharp, not the dull ones!
- Enjoy cooking and serving items, including plates, bowls, utensils, as well as a can opener, measure spoons, wine opener, and more

We strive to be family friendly! We offer the following:

House Supplies:
- You will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
- We provide bath and pool towels.
- The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped in unit washer, dryer, and hand steamer.
- Private Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger located in the garage
 
Safety:
We install outdoor only cameras to ward off bad guys. There are two noise monitors: one inside at the front entrance and one outside on the patio. They do not record, only measure decibels to ensure that the noise levels do not go above a certain threshold. There is also an active outdoor camera at the patio entrance by the kitchen. This does not face the private hot tub, only serves to ensure no intruders enter through the back door.

But wait, there's more!
 
The property is accessible with keyless entry. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
 
When you book a stay in our home, you'll get access to two community pools and tennis courts—all located in the Indian Palms community.
 
There is one parking spot in the garage, two in the driveway and day parking out front. Please do not park there overnight, otherwise the HOA will ticket and tow you! Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not park in front of their homes.
 
Other things to note
Check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.
 
In an effort to secure the premises, we've installed active outdoor cameras - aimed at the driveway, garage, front entrance, back patio, and one doorbell camera. There are also two noise monitors, one inside at the front entrance and one outside on the patio to ensure that we are not disturbing out neighbors. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property :)

Extremely clean, communicative, and beautifully designed home. Check in was a breeze, and beds were so comfortable. Also the shower was extremely hot and has great water pressure! Cant wait to come back and stay longer!
