Our beautiful Grand Bahama pent house condo consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 6 modern appliances, and a large lanais for a total of 1,800 square feet living space. It is very well appointed and is decorated in a very neutral decor! It is located very close to a large man made beach and the Tradewinds restaurant with a big 95’ x 24’ Pool & two 8 person Hot tubs!.

Additional Rules
1) When leaving our property please turn up A/C unit at least to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, before leaving our condo unit, most of or all of the day, while you go sightseeing or shopping.
 
2) Please rinse off all leftover food from all dishes, before placing them in the dishwasher and turning on a cleaning cycle.  
 
3) Please make sure all garbage and recycling is disposed of in the proper receptacles at our Bahama Bay resort and especially before your scheduled check out.
 
4) If you travel with a domestic Male or Female pet, like a declawed, neutered or spayed cat, a dog a year older or more, spayed or neutered, or a small or medium caged only speciality bird or pet hamster, gerbil, or mouse or rat, there will be a special separate pet hair extraction cleaning fee for $249 + local taxes USD. to paid by main guest, in advance to the host/owner, by cash, certified check or money order, or Direct Bank Deposit, Moneygram or Western Union, to owner's U.S. Bank account of choice, 24 hours before tentative check in is authorized and allowed.

Great Location!


After arriving in Orlando for a Disney and Universal trip we were confronted with a lodging problem with another rental site. After having to search for a new place for a 15 days stay we came upon this new rental on. We communicated with the owner Randall and we were hoping luck would be on our side. He responded quickly and assured our arrival within 2 hours. The condo was great in a gated resort with pools and spas. The location was perfect and we couldn\'t have asked for more after our mishap.
