The home was in an ideal location, centrally located with easy access to the city center of both sides. The room was well equipped with essentials and very clean and comfortable. There is also ample parking should you rent a car.

Diamond Gem Residence is a nice option to stay comfortably at an affordable price. Mr Jules is a warm hosting and makes sure that your needs are taken care of. I liked that the room had a mini kitchen in case you want to cook yourself. There\'s a Carrefour supermarket nearby to get everything you need.

Nice hotel, super helpful owner, decent prices


The owner of the hotel - Jules - went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and make my stay enjoyable. He’s also a very smart and interesting person to talk to on any topic. The hotel is conveniently located near a hypermarket, and close to the main road. The second room I got had a balcony and was nice. The prices are also decent compared to the rest of the overpriced hotels in Sint Maarten.
