The house classified 3* for 4 persons, consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, on the 1st of a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom double bed.
 
The space
The charm of the old and the modern comfort in the respect of the materials: painting and insulation bio, railing of wrought iron, stone wall and visible beams, ground way cement tiles, fully equipped kitchen.
 
Guest access
Full enjoyment of the house, and garden furniture in front of the house for a quiet drink.
 
Other things to note
Discretion requested in the courtyard to respect the neighbors.
Dogs not accepted.
TV and wifi not yet available but reception of the mobile network in the house.

Great location. The Place Saint Jacques is a lovely spot and just steps away from the city center. The apartment opens onto a courtyard, so it’s super quiet. François always responded very quickly.

This is a great find, tucked away on a hill, over-looking the town. It’s beautifully clean, stylish, a big space and Francois was more very accommodating. He’s always very quick to respond and patient with so many questions I had. Really lovely spot.

A perfect place to chill


The apartment is located right in the centre of Beziers. François is a friendly host and made our time here very pleasant. The interior of the apartment is modernised and everything was very fresh and clean. The courtyard was a nice place to sit in the mornings and evenings. A perfect place to chill.
