The space
The home is freshly painted and newly renovated it`s 1,718 sq ft total - (1,450 sq ft of indoor space and 268 sq ft of outdoor space to enjoy!) With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests, this is the ideal stay for a group of friends or family looking for a tropical paradise getaway. The property is equipped with all the conveniences of home and then some! There’s an incredible private pool like you’re at a cool resort that has a water feature and fun lights for nighttime, and lounge areas to relax and soak up some warm rays! Plus a fabulous outdoor waterfall shower. You’ll find this to certainly be the highlight of your vacation!...
 
The main spaces of the single-level home:
- An awesome pergola-shaded veranda with an OUTDOOR PATIO LOUNGE consisting of table and chairs, and a huge propane gas BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats
 
- A phenomenal breezy open-air DINING ROOM AREA with a gorgeous table for six that doubles as a theater with a pull-down screen projector to enjoy movies or favorite shows in style!
 
- Another fantastic LIVING/SITTING AREA with a big comfy sectional couch and 52’ flatscreen Smart TV & oversized ceiling fan for added comfort.
 
- A grandiose KITCHEN that is a chef’s dream! Granite countertops, breakfast bar, incredible high-end stainless steel appliances, and all you’d need to prepare great meals at home in this amazing place.
 
- 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed w/full ensuite bathroom
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed w/full ensuite bathroom
BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen bed
BEDROOM 4: 1 Queen bed
 
- A utility room with a WASHER and DRYER for your convenience.
 
- Beach chairs and beach towels are provided to our guests to take to the beach and avoid paying for chairs.
Guest access
You’ll have full exclusive access to the entire home, outdoor veranda, and pool areas during your stay.
 
Other things to note
There is no daily housekeeping service but should you require a mid-stay cleaning one can be arranged at an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange it.
 
Please note we do supply some home and bath essentials complimentary upon arrival like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters, and some cleaning products. However, please note, unlike hotel service, these items are not replenished.
 
Electricity fees: for long term-stays only (+28 nights) $0.30 USD per KWH.
 
*There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.
 
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
 
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
 
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises is a VERY strict rule. This means no smoking anywhere around the property! That includes smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed

Fantastic Villa


Mandevilla exceeded our expectations by a mile - the photos don’t do it justice! A fantastic villa in an ideal location. The bedrooms were gorgeously decorated and spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped so cooking wasn’t a hassle for us. Nigel was extremely friendly and helpful - he was available throughout our entire stay for any queries we had. Just a great guy overall! The pool was a major bonus for us as well as the general garden area which is beautifully kept and private. There are a few relaxing outdoor seating spots where we had our morning coffees and saw a hummingbird or two. The BBQ is also an excellent addition for a fun pool day. We would return here in a heartbeat if we ever find ourselves in Barbados again!

Everything was spectacular!


Everything was spectacular! Spacious , good for groups and so much to do. Highlight definitely the backyard/pool area. My family didn’t want to leave. Will 1000000% recommend and we intend on coming back to stay there. Thanks so much for this fantastic experience in Barbados.

Great Views


We had such an amazing time staying at this property! We were all very comfortable there and were able to make use of all the spaces. We loved the pool and outside areas for the times we wanted to chill by the pool instead of heading to the beach. The place was very clean and tidy as well, and it was a lovely surprise when cleaners came halfway through the holiday to clean for us and change linens. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!!

Amazing!!


This place was amazing, Fabulous inside and out! The pool area and outdoor living space was heavily used by us, especially in the evenings for late night swims. The house was well equipped and in a great location, close to all amenities. The neighborhood setting was quiet, peaceful and very safe. The local host Nigel was also always available if needed. We will definitely stay here again.
