The 3 bedrooms Villa includes full house air conditioning, with air conditioning in the main living area set to come on at time 7 am-9 pm
Both master bedroom open up to the pool deck with views to Buck Island.
 
No pets allow due to health reason. This includes Service and Emotional Support Animal
 
Guest access
Code will be active at 4 pm on check in and to 11 am day of check out
 
Other things to note
Main AC in living room is set on solar to runs from 7 am to 9 pm.
Owner/caretaker stays on property at times in separate apartment

You must sign the lease agreement and email back or reservation will not be honored
Max guest allowed is 8 people Including infants

Fantastic!!


We had a fantastic time at the house. It is extremely beautiful and well-maintained. The surroundings are idyllic! Access to the beach is easy, a nice walking path was added, and you can get to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain within a short walk from the house to start the hike into the nature conservancy and up to the peak. This was our first Airbnb stay, and I could not imagine better hosts. Tremendously thankful for the hospitality, which made for an excellent trip.

This home is near the East End and Point Udall. It is walking distance to Jack and Issac Bay Preserve. The description of the property is accurate. It is about 20 minutes from Christiansted. We chose this property for the location, view and pool. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Jason and Mike were responsive to any questions we had about the home. There was an abundance of cookware, spices and supplies for packing a lunch and cooking meals. The pool deck was our place to hang out and was very comfortable. Would stay again if in St. Croix.

Great Stay!


We had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room for all 6 of us. The house feels very open on the inside and has a large deck and plenty of seating area on the outside. One thing to note for the folks who might have a hard time with stairs: the house is laid out like an amphitheater with the bedrooms, kitchen and dining all on 1 level and the main living area a few stairs below.
