The Historic Craftsman-
We welcome you to stay in our spacious,1500 ft²Historic Craftsman accommodation with an inner courtyard view.  The Historic Craftsman has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms available when you pay for 8 guests. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths when you pay for 6 guests. 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths when you pay for 4 guests. 1 bedroom with 1 bath when you pay for 2 guests. (No elevator for upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms). Although you will never share the cottage with guests outside your party the extra bedrooms will be locked if extra guests are not in the reservation. Please modify your reservation before arrival if you will need more bedrooms and bathrooms  Downstairs you have a full kitchen and a living room equipped with a Smart TV to post your waterfront pics online with our high-speed WiFi as well as a large dining table on the wrap around front porch.
 
The Chef's Suite-
Life will be good when you stay in our 800 ft² Chef's Suite with an inner courtyard view. This Ground Floor suite is perfect for up tp 4 people or just a romantic getaway for 2. Enjoy a hot shower in a full bathroom with one queen bed and one pull out sofa bed. Complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer are provided. You can prepare all kinds of meals in a full-sized modern kitchen. Enjoy some outdoor dining on your own outdoor patio. Enjoy some relaxation time in a cozy living room with a smart TV and high-speed WiFi.  
 
The Charming & Chic Suite Accessible-
Experience the best of Sanford when you stay in our 600 ft² Charming & Chic Suite with an inner courtyard view. Our guests love this affordable Ground Floor, quaint studio suite. Cook up a quick meal in the kitchenette that includes a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Are you in the mood for a little entertainment? The Coastal Cottage-
Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 650 ft² Coastal Cottage accommodation with an inner courtyard view and roomy balcony with outdoor seating. This Second Floor(no elevator) unit is a quaint two-bedroom apartment built into the carriage house of a historic craftsman home. You can cook up a storm in a full kitchen with a fridge or watch your favorite show in the living room with a smart TV. A private bathroom features a tub and shower and offers complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer.

Cute, historic property walking distance to downtown Sanford.


Conveniently located to downtown Stanford, walking distance. Had all basic amenities needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable! washer/dryer were convenient, included soap. new dishwasher. Padlocks to get into your portion of the house.

It was a very nice place. In a very good. Location. Beautiful murals in the place. We had a few problems trying to get the door to open but the owner was exceptionally responsive.

Great Rental Property


We rented the Historic Craftsman and two other cottages while we were in town for my brother's wedding. The place is lovely and the cottages are well maintained. The location is fantastic and the property manager was very responsive. Would recommend Park Plan Inn and Cottages.

Cozy & Quaint


We stopped for the night. Wow what a surprise! The cottage was so clean and had all the comforts of home. The bed was beyond comfortable and the room was dark. The living room has nice furniture and we watched our favorite shows on TV. We were so pleased with our stay. Yes, we will be back.

Charming!


This was the best place I have stayed in Sanford, and I would definitely stay again. It's an inn--not a hotel/motel, but it's been tastefully decorated and the rooms were clean. Loved the personal homey touches. Contactless check in was easy and they were quick to reply to any text I sent asking questions. I would definitely stay here again.
