The real Jamaica. A two bedroom board house with a large kitchen, spacious living room and porch. The large private fenced off yard has fruit trees. The beach is right in front! Little Bay is a very natural place with minimal tourists. Time to meditate and get away.
 
The space
Little Bay Beach House is a relaxing laid back setting right on the beach.
The cottage is 900 square feet with ample space for 4 guests and big fenced off yard.

Guest access
Little Bay Beach in front of house. Ask Annette for things to do. Fresh fish, chicken, eggs and produce available from locals or Annette. Limes, Jamaican cherry, bananas, naseberry, ackee, and guava grown on property and can be picked.

I have two artists who come yearly to paint and relax. Search for ......"The beach house little bay Jamaica" you tube....
Jam West Race Track is close by and has racing attraction and nature walks.
Bob Marley had a Beach House in Little Bay with a mineral spring cave worth checking out...ask Annette. Courtney can drive you too. He can take you for day trips to Negril, Appelton Estate, Mayfield Falls, YS Falls, JAM West race track attraction, Pelican Bar Black River, Savanna La Mar, Safari Black River, Rick's Cafe for sunset in Negril to name a few.

Everything was outstanding


Wow, 10 out of 10, and even more. Everything was outstanding. The house, the village, the locals, the owner, the chef, and the beach. We will be coming back for sure.

Great Location


We loved our stay at the beach house, it was amazing. Such a great serene location, and Annette’s breakfast are great (highly recommend asking her to make dinner at least once, her lobster soup is the best thing we had on our vacation!). We walked to Blue Hole, which was a good day trip, but other destinations will require a car ride. Thankfully, Courtney offers safe an reliable transportation!

Amazing Views


I’ve been coming to Little Bay for 17 years and this was the first time staying on this side of the village. Witold’s place is nothing short of spectacular. The space inside and out of the cabin is simply amazing. Comfy beds, games and books, fully equipped kitchen, floats and snorkel gear….. AND Annette who is irreplaceable all come with this cabin!! A short walk to Nemo’s bar, being surrounded by cows, goats, birds and frogs allows you to detach and enjoy the simple life our society just no longer allows. We will definitely return!!

Absolutely fantastic. Annette is a gem and cooks amazing breakfast and dinners. Private beach right out front. Just say yes to this place (if you are driving yourself then get a car with bigger tires) excellent on all fronts

Great Stay!


I loved my time at the Little Bay Beach House! Witold was incredibly helpful before I arrived and checked in on me throughout my stay. The family who manages the property — Anette, Sophia, and Courtney — were also fantastic. I felt deeply cared for and found great peace during my stay. Strongly recommend spending time here!!!
