Description

The spacious villa for 2-5 people, has an open architectural style that transforms the living area without enclosing walls into a large covered terrace.
The windows and doors have wooden shutters so no air conditioning is necessary in the living area. You can control the inflow of the trade wind via the shutters themselves.
During the night, the opening between the living and terrace area can be closed with an electrically operated roller shutter.
 
The space
The marble floor continues without barriers in all rooms. The high ceiling emphasizes the spatial feeling.
 
In the living area near the bookcase there is a reading/sitting area with comfortable chairs; a media corner with a large flat-screen TV; DVD player.
Of course there's wifi. For TV reception there is the ALLOWED internet system with which you can receive all Dutch and dozens of foreign channels and movies.
 
On the large covered terrace there is a dining table; a beautiful lounge set; a cupboard with drinking glasses; and the lounge beds. The terrace offers panoramic views of the blue sea at 180 degrees. Looking west, you will also see the bays and hills of Bandabao's pristine nature reserve.
 
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. American fridge with cold water and ice cubes dispenser; gas stove with wok burner and electric hot air oven; combi-microwave; dishwasher; toaster; blender; coffee makers; kettle etc. And of course all the pots and pans and the necessary crockery.
 
The bedrooms and bathrooms are each located on a different side of the villa. So enough privacy!
In the master bedroom is a King size box spring of 2x2 meters. This can possibly be split. In the other room is a queen box spring of 1.80 x 2 meters.The 1 person bedroom is in the hall in front of the master bedroom. This does not have its own door but is particularly suitable as a 5th bed for a child or a small adult and uses the master bathroom.
The opening shuttle windows are equipped with horns (no mosquitoes) You can choose from the air-conditioning and/or ceiling fans.
There is a safe.
The bathrooms have hot and cold water; sinks and walk-in showers.
There are 3 toilets in total.
 
MAGNA POOL
The magnificent saltwater/magnesium pool, a so-called magna pool, is located in the slightly higher large backyard.
All around is a special cool deck that doesn't get hot in the sun and can be entered barefoot. You won't find such a great big and healthy magna pool anywhere on CasAbao's residential hill! The magna pole has crystal clear and silky soft water, is perfect for sensitive skin. The skin then feels soft, radiant and smooth. Swimming in this pool is a kind of mineral therapy where the skin absorbs the magnesium and helps the body detoxify. There's no need to shower. The large bath is perfect for both jogging or relaxing in a water hammock.
 
For PRIVACY, there are high walls and high vegetation so that you can swim and sunbathe without swimwear if you wish. On Curacao, naked swimming is not allowed on the public beaches.
 
In the garden you will find lizards; iguanas and tropical birds.
Below the palapa, there is a large table with chairs. So that breakfast and/or dinner can also be enjoyed outdoors. Of course, there are excellent sun beds with pillows.
In the evening with the lights on, this place near and in the pool is very romantic.
 
We will arrange a check in time with you. The distance from the airport to the villa is about 20 minutes by car. We also take care of cleaning, recording electricity and water levels. We also arrange the first shopping package on request.
In short, we are your point of contact during your stay and we are available 24 hours a day. So don't hesitate to discuss anything with us. We are also available via WhatsApp.
 
On arrival the beds are made up and the towels are ready. In the wardrobe is a set of clean sheets and a set of towels. If you want to change the beds after a week, you can use this.
 
The price includes wifi, gas, 1 m3 of water per person per week and 5 kwh per person per night.

Great recommendations


We visited Dushi Villa over the Christmas break, 2022. Our stay was exceptional! Thank you Nihaira and Anneke!! The Villa is a gorgeous, spacious, open-air, home surrounded by beautiful gardens, in a safe, gated neighborhood and with a spectacular view of the bay. Our check-in, stay and check-out experiences were great. Nihaira and Annake were always available and provided great recommendations to local spots to visit and eat. We will return!

The villa is a fantastic place with wonderful views. The privacy and discretion of its location makes such an idyllic place difficult to forget
